Our usual post-Gameweek article for members arrives this evening as we delve deeper into the data for the first round of fixtures. Leicester’s two-goal hero, Man City and Southampton’s chief creators, Swansea’s improved goal threat and an eye-catching cameo from Arsenal’s Chilean all come under analysis.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

          No worries.

May be fine for now but figure Shaqiri, Bojan, Walters would be ahead in the pecking order long term. Of course Bojan has to fully recover from injury first. 🙂

Definitely keeping. Have you looked at City's fixtures after GW3? Wise to double up on either Aguero + Silva or Aguero + Sterling.

You can't conclude that after just 1 game. After all, Sterling did score 3 goals in preseason.

I am looking at WC gw4 to bring in Aguero etc. so more of a short term move (not saying I'd definitely get rid of Payet on WC). I'd expect Chelsea to shut up shop and West Ham have Leicester and Bournemouth at home for their next 2!

I'd have thought you more than most would have been aware of drawing conclusions from such a small sample size?

To me sterling looked very dangerous and should have had at least one goal. His finishing may be poor but he is made of concrete so unlike silva never seems to break and owing to getting more chances at city I reckon he'll get 10+ goals this season making him better value than Silva (who will also score great imo btw)

This is what I don't understand here. You've posted you have Depay, Fàbregas, Sterling and are tempted by a -8, yes?

I don't see why. You started with Depay for a reason - same as me I imagine, because you expect him to score well? So why sell after his debut against Spurs, when he has Villa and Newcastle home in the next two? 😕

Personally I'd just transfer Fàbregas out, no hit.

    Hi all

I have Kun , Kane and Deeney up front this gw. Bit worried about not owning Roon or Bentekke with them being top of polls for captaincy all over.

Started off bad with 19 points and cant afford to lose ground

    do you think i should

a)save ft and take risk..captaining Kane?
b)downgrade Kane for Benteke meaning i can get sanchez in for a hit in gw 3
c)Kun for Tekkers or Rooney for this week and swap back to Kun next week

    please help

I have Ritchie or Wilson I wanna ship out. Have 1.5 itb. Best transfer?

I'm thinking of Payet but Ayew sticks out too. Plus I want Sakho or Zarate. For a -4 I could get Zarate and one of the 2 mids.

    Thoughts appreciated

i would honestly hold on to Wilson. Think he had like 15 touches inside the box. ore than any other forward. i read that stat somewhere

He looked dangerous too, i saw the game and he should have scored.

Ritchie played very well but seemed a bit wide

    Ideally before GW4...

Option 1 (likely -4 hit at some point)

    Rooney + Hazard + Walcott > Aguero + Sanchez + Payet/Ayew

Option 2 (likely -8 hit at some point):

    Rooney + Hazard + Walcott + Pelle > Aguero + Sanchez + 8.5m(Yaya?) + Gomis

    1. Shearer & Sutton
