Yesterday’s slim fantasy pickings has undoubtedly heaped the pressure on today’s four Premier League games to deliver. The Dugout Discussion chatroom will take you through them all, starting at White Hart Lane with Tottenham Hotspur versus Liverpool and culminating in Chelsea’s visit to champions Manchester United.

In and amongst those back-to-back games, two of our Europa League representatives, Stoke City and Fulham, take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light and Manchester City at Craven Cottage respectively.

The “Super Sunday” opener kicks-off shortly, and here are the all-important team sheets…

Tottenham XI: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, King, Assou-Ekotto, Kranjcar, Parker, Modric, Bale, Adebayor, Defoe.

Liverpool XI: Reina, Skrtel, Carragher, Agger, Jose Enrique, Henderson, Lucas, Adam, Downing, Suarez, Carroll.

Catching the eye are the big strike-partnerships both sides have named. Jermain Defoe and Emmanuel Adebayor continue upfront for Spurs, whilst Liverpool’s Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll start together for only the second time in the league this season.

Another headline is the return (to the substitutes bench at least) of Rafael van der Vaart, and it’s worth remembering he is not in Spurs’ Europa League squad.

    poor ref u cant give a yellow for every foul and yet not apply the same for spurs
    On the other hand lierpool have been shit
    henderson and downing in my opinion were non existent today they should have pressed the ball,lucas is playing on his own in the middle and Adam can not defend but unlucky to be sent off for the second foul

    Ramires will have to track Young the whole game. Lampard is Lampard. Sturridge isn't all that from what jamsieP says, 2 epicly slow centre backs against one of the fastest forwards in the league. A striker who can't score.
