Thinking of doing Bent > Adebayor myself. Probably tonight as well before his inevitable price rise kicks in! It's hard cos Bent will score goals, but Tottenham will score more and Adebayor will be heavily involved this year. Plus it frees up 2mil.

Quite satisfied with my defence but midfield is a little too weak. But with Silva contributing constantly i don't see a problem for now. The only thing is i can't get rid of Moses.
Wouldn't poke holes in the defence because with a forward line like that I can understand it. Midfield is weak I think. Moses hasn't shown much. Brunt seems to be losing his place in the team. Dyer(although he did well this week) is part of a fairly low scoring team (however I have him since he's so cheap) I have Jarvis too though might change that soon enough.
Cant afford Mata but can go RVP -> Torres...
Now this is a predicament...

Other option is Brunt -> Nani, but more inclined with Mata.
I understand points for keeping RVP, he might well score against Bolton. Even though RVP might give more points than Adebayor, I'm pretty sure that combination of Mata&Adebayor is better value than RVP&Brunt.
I welcome other transfer sugestions.
In few weeks time, might downgrade defence or mid to Suarez->Aguero.
Slightly disappointed that Adebayor hit 2 goals today - thought he was going under the radar and I was gonna bring him in soon. But alas, he nets 2 and he's involved in every knee-jerk transfer on here. *Sighs* will now have to get him in before his price rise!

Like the idea of Football Club though it's an improved Interactive League from 08 or 09 I think.
The tac. defending is fine, it will separate casual players from advanced. My 3 problems:
1) There will be more 4-3's than 1-0's I reckon, EA have focused on attack as that's what sells - Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney etc are more known than Vidic, Terry, Pique etc.
2) The players can turn and spin too easily and adding fake shots means people can walk through the defence and score easily. That makes the defending harder, not the actual controls imo.
3) No improvements to Pro Clubs - maybe a few server tweaks.

he's a penalty taker in a very good side, that is gradually over this year and next going to see less game time. For 12m that is not a good option, when there are silva, mata, nasri, young, nani all cheaper and all far better fantasy prospects.

if you don;t have mata just swap them...saves 2.5m or so and you get a better player that the manager clearly rates. If Lamps plays he always has the possibility of a goal in him, but subbed at half time against Man Utd says curtains for him as a 12m man in my books.

I know. I own Rooney and still cheered as literally my whole mini league captained him. I hate that situation.
What this week showed though is that week in week out it pays to switch captaincy. I only did marginally better with Dzeko but I feel a sense of pride for not taking the lazy rooney (c) approach.
