Please use this article to post your Rate My Team (RMT) queries and any questions regarding team selection and our panel will join the discussion to provide input on as many as possible.

The surgery will open run from 9pm until 11pm.

Here’s some quick house rules to read before you post:

    Good:
    Westwood, Sakho

    Bad:
    Pantilimon, Hennessey, Rooney

    Indifferent:
    Cedric, Jenkinson, Azpi, Muniesa, Francis, Ritchie, Mane, Cesc, Ramsey, Benteke.

    Yes, it isn't a bad team for next week.... but there's plenty of room for improvement. I'm getting left behind!

        Position or player?

        Everyone serious about FPL is going to have Aguero + a City mid + an in form mid price mid. I can get that.

        My trouble is the majority of my team are underperforming. That's what will kill me... out of form defences and goal-shy mids.

        That's why I kinda feel it needs an overhaul? 😕

                I can do Rooney+Cesc -> Aguero+Sanchez with exact cash, -4 tonight.

                Silva would require another hit to upgrade Ramsey next week, which might not pay off necessarily. So -8.

                And I'd still be pretty miffed with Pants, Azpi, Cedric etc. 😕 But they may come good.. Just concerned if they don't, I've wasted 3 GWs.

                    I appreciate you spoon-feeding me though. It makes more sense that way, so I can probably survive. Just the fear of another bad GW pushing me towards it!

                      You've no conviction what so ever. You dont know what you want, both in a team and in strategy.

                      My teams surprisingly doing very well, it may be due to missing the week on here prior to the season and avoiding all bandwagons.

        He'll score a hattrick this season I bet, but his finishing isn't up to scoring regularly. Tricky one.

      As a Sterling owner, I'm happy to hold. Shame he was subbed off right before the second and third goals but for the price they paid I'm not worried about his game time. Think there will be enough goals for the big hitters in that crowded City midfield.

      A hit will do the job. Goalkeepers are good enough. Coates, Rooney need to be improved to avoid the price drops.

    I need to ship out Sterling for a £6m max mid or Ramsey for a £6.5m max mid to facilitate Rooney -> Aguero. Who should take the fall and who should I bring in?

    Barkley is looking in good form, Mahrez obviously a good choice too. Norwich mids might be worth considering or even Palace mids like Puncheon!?

    Tinkering with a WC team at the minute. How does this look?

    Sakho Gomis Aguero.

    This template leaves 2.1 itb. I think I like the back line. My only question marks are Mahrez, Sanchez, and possibly Gomis/Sakho.
    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

      I wouldn't get Coates. Sunderland are woeful, and anything could happen. If that's Bournemouth's Adam Smith, he won't play - bad idea.

      The midfield and forwards look good.

    looking at potentially WCing and have come up with the following:

    Myhill - McCarthy
    Williams - Darmian - Huth - Kolarov - Gomez
    Chadli - Sanchez - Yaya - Mane - Westwood
    Aguero - Gomis - Diouf

    Gomez just for now, might not lock in with him depending on tomorrow

          He is overpriced, but besides Aguero & Sanchez, who else is there to deliver explosive returns consistently?

          I'd say Silva looks good, if you plan to not include Hazard.

          Silva > Yaya surely.

            Hazard by definition is not explosive IMO..he's just consistent. Last season was constant 6 pointers with the odd 10+ haul..

      Myhill is a bit of a dangerous - WBA close to signing Dave Marshall from Cardiff.

      Really like the rest, with maybe Mane a bit dodgy. Give him the next two in your team on probation, I think. Fingers crossed. 🙂

    Okay Aguero will come in for Rooney and I still need to make 0.5 somewhere I've narrowed it down to two options. Which do you prefer?

    A) Sterling --> Yaya
    B) Depay --> Mane

    I'm 0.1m short to do the Rooney > Aguero transfer. I have Mahrez who's going up in price but so is Aguero. So i'll still be short of 0.1m. I have no other choice but to take -4pt hit to bring Kun in. Anyone experiencing the same dilemma? thoughts?
