Game week 2 arrives at its conclusion this evening as Liverpool welcome Bournemouth to Merseyside for the first ever league meeting between the two clubs. After a multitude of armband options failed us again, many will be looking to Reds attack to save yet another disappointing round of results for Fantasy managers.

Certainly, Liverpool carried plenty of threat in front of their own fans last season. Despite scoring only 30 times at Anfield in 2014/15, Brendan Rodgers’ men fired a total of 331 attempts – only City and Arsenal managed more efforts when it came to home encounters.

As for Bournemouth, they arrive at Anfield boasting a fine away record in their Championship winning season, claiming eight victories and suffering just five defeats on the road, with a goal difference of plus 30.

Delving into last week’s data, though, tonight’s two sides managed just one big chance and five shots on target between them in Gameweek 1, suggesting that both sides will need to improve in the final third should they have ambitions for three points.

He was quite attacking and made a few runs but that's about it. It's hard to tell who will start next week though.

Why is everyone getting in Richards? One clean sheet against a promoted team and plays for a pretty bad Villa side.

Amavi is going to scoop the BAPS if Villa get any, so I'd avoid.

Stoke and Muniesa might be a good alternative.

Newbie question here: I'm on a WC and trying to catch a double price rise, I've put in Kompany and Yaya and hoping they go up again by the end of the week. However, I plan to actually get Kolarov and Silva in my team by Saturday but they also look like they might rise, so what do I do?

Haha I don't know why but I'm really confused about this...Do you understand what I'm asking though? I want Kolarov and Silva but am trying to catch the double rise of Yaya and Kompany.

I'm only planning on having 3 (Kolarov, Silva, Aguero), just trying to catch the double rise of Yaya and Kompany...

If you get the double rise for the first two, then sell for two players who have risen then you will be the same off as if you had jsut bought the second pair to begin with.

Of course this is contingent on the first pair in fact getting that double price rise. That looks likely for Toure but Kompany doesn't look like a sure thing.

I'm in the same boat and have brought Kolarov into my team already. Silva looks like he will rise tonight as well so it doesn't look like you have any chance of making a profit on Toure, so you might as well bring Silva in now.

Last post on last page and pretty sure there'll be a new article as soon as i post this.. however,
So Coates has got to go.. defense is in a shambles really
    Schmeichel
    Merte Huth Muniesa Targett COATES

    Got 0.5 in the bank
    A) Coates to Williams
    B) Be stingy and get Richards in instead
    C) Take a hit and get Kolarov in somehow(mad)

    How's my wildcard team looking:

    Myhill McCarthy

    Kolarov Huth Richards Shaw Targett

    Ayew Payet Mahrez Silva Obertan

    Kun Benteke Gomis

4.4 in bank to upgrade Ayew to either Sanchez or Hazard.

Price changes going crazy atm, holding firm and not using wilcard, I'll get Aguero next week just gonna have to pay a bit more.

I'd advise against it. Those players that will rise have nice fixtures next week as well. Could be profitable.

With so many WC's played i would not be surprise if half of the transfers in/out dont count leading to less changes than we think there'll be

Maybe, Maybe not. Life is filled with lots of miniature mysteries. Will Di Caprio ever win an Oscar? Will Oscar ever win the World Cup? Will the World cup really be held in Qatar?

      Who knows?

Was an obvious WC yesterday ... I missed it

Too late now... Time to man up and take the 0.2 -0.3 falls. Hope gw4 brings in enough changes to the scene for a team like mine to benefit from

      Why is it too late?
I missed the prices rises yesterday by seconds with my wildcard, but still put together a nice team.
That being said, I already had Mahrez.

Don't want to play wc this early, so the question is; is it worth an 8 point hit to get Aguero in before price rise?

Hey guys, captain for this week?

    Rooney/Yaya/Payet/Depay/Mane/Kane

Have had Rooney captain for the first 2 GW but struggling with him at the moment.. (well my team in general actually)

      No Aguero?

Rooney was looking really poor so wouldn't go with him, I'd be leaning towards Kane or maybe Payet
