Cannot afford Silva / KDB back in my team, without removing Sanchez - which i really dont want to do.

Is doubling up with Kompany in DF too crazy a move?

    City players would be:
    -Kompnay / Kolarov
    -Aguero

    Thoughts?

Sorry to be a buzz kill to this party but this Martial thing seems to be a classic FFS bandwagon where everyone throws logic out of the window and goads / panics each other into hopping aboard for fear of missing out. Imminent price rises fuel this as well.

One good fixture and then some tough ones. And he's sure to be rested in some games, especially with UCL games to manage. Not 100% convinced just yet.

I disagree the bandwagons if you can call them such on here are holding onto deadwood with a big name in the hope that next week is their week.

8m for a United forward in form looks exceptional value.

Yet the captain poll next week will still have Aguero top.

Worst case in the world you get a price rise or two and a home fixture against Sunderland - one of the worst teams in the league. Not really a crazy transfer and it's EXTREMELY rare to get a 8m striker for a Top 4 team that should be amongst the top 3-5 goalscoring sides in the league. Not crazy.

I think Valar made the point earlier though; with the fixtures tough as they are, Martial should be more likely to play. Easier fixtures could have meant the odd rest.

You may be right but he is playing for Man U, chances will come often, he's fast and can finish, he's the perfect fit for United. I would be more worried about not having him than having him..

While anyone feasibly can beat anyone on any given day, Sunderland are DREADFUL.

You should put a bet on it if you're so sure and post the proof here.

        Good point!!!!

Damn it, I just have a feeling that not getting Martial could be a mistake...

But Aguero... He will score!! Maybe I need to do gomis to martial and Sanchez to ayew?!

I wouldn't clamber on Ayew. Barkley or Bolaise might be better bets. Maybe Pedro.

did you watch the game? His finishing is absolutely unreal but his goals came from Yoshida passing him the ball and a defender tackling the ball from Mata towards him. With that said, after Sunderland next week United have Arsenal, Everton, and City. He might be worth it..

Saw the game and his finishing is very impressive...Aguero needs to watch how it's done! His fixtures aren't the best after next week, but his price will rise a few times this week. Might just go for it.

You really think it'll rise more than once? I'd have to drop either Aguero or Wilson to get him in. Not sure if the price rise is worth it in my case.

hope everyone had a great gw. I scored 59 and I have a pretty template FFS squad. All the casuals in my league suffered greatly this week. Below are the players I'm looking to transfer out in my team:

    Darmian, Morgan
    Silva(depends on scan)
    Grabban (352)

    2 FT, .1 itb I'm open to taking a -4

What moves would you guys make? I thinking Zouma + Ighalo + a Spurs defender would be a good bit of business.

    cheers

Lovren muniesa and benteke to Martin Bellerin and martial for -4

    Worth doing?

I'd prefer Francis/Cook over Martin. I would 100% take a -4 to get those players out but idk about Bellerin and Martin.

Only fear of gomis to martial is martial will be rested /rotated with rooney and gomis is swanseas only main forward threat and penalty taker
    Can see a gomis-martial bandwagon
Then in a few weeks people buying gomis back for more than they sold him for

That won't happen. You don't score 3 goals in 2 games, no matter the circumstances, and get benched for someone who isn't doing anything.

Herrera is the one suffering from Rooney's continued involvement.

idk, I just don't see Martial sitting anytime soon, especially when there are cup games like Ipswich to rest/rotate him in.
