While the departure of Cesc Fabregas and the arrival of fellow Spaniard Mikel Arteta at the Emirates triggered a burst of interest in the former Everton man, recent weeks have seen Arteta somewhat overshadowed in Arsenal’s midfield. Arsene Wenger has put his faith in Aaron Ramsey to fill the void left by Jack Wilshere’s ankle injury and the Welshman has flourished. Recent returns have piqued the interest of Fantasy managers and Ramsey is now blinking on the radar as a new source of coverage within an Arsenal side facing up to a run of favourable opponents.

        The riskier one in my opinion is Welbeck. I think he's worth a punt this week vs Norwich. Sturridge should get game time with Torres suspended.

        I reckon so, he may even be a fit alongside after the international break if hypes are still tense surrounding dzeko, and i think tevez is just out out and out altogether. Balotelli could well bag the goals aguero could this weekend, but aguero is bound to be in on the action, maybe an assist or a goal from balotelli 🙂

      didnt fergie say "were expecting one or two back for the weekend"

      and rooney said on twitter that he should be ready for tuesday night last weekend.

      So I think the injury isnt too bad and that fergie wanted to rest him for a week.

      I got rid straight away as couldnt mess around with price rises.. Swapped Rooney and (the man who never plays) for Nani / Agbon.. Glad I did as now I wouldnt be able to afford it now...

    Selection headache for the minor members of the team .. bit of a toss-up

    1. Barton (ful) vs Cabaye (wol) - leaning towards Barton seems more of an attacking threat plus set pieces i think, though Wolves form is a bit shit at the moment so maybe Cabaye??

    2. Brown (WBA) vs Ward (NEW) - leaning towards Brown, toss-up this one what with both defences being a bit shit at the moment but I think I'd rather be home to WBA than Newcastle right now..
