The time comes when every Fantasy Football manager has to react quickly to douse some fires in their squad. The problem is, my team is currently a blazing inferno, without a disco in sight.

At least that’s Granville’s opinion. Buoyed from seeing his canny capture of Anthony Martial deliver a brace at St Mary’s, my cocky co-host is quick to dish out a whipping to my ailing lineup.

We discuss the merits of United’s new teenage sensation as part of another round of community questions, served up once again by Jonty. The three of us also ponder the Chelsea revival, David Silva’s fragile ankles and just how our Fantasy Football managerial styles translate to the dog world: a crunch question that’s been brewing unanswered for many episodes.

    Really dont know who to replace benteke with, was thinking sturridge but liverpool suck. Also Rondon but West Brom dont seem to score a lot. And i know about Matial but he is a major rotation risk.

                I'm referring to the difference between a scalpel and butter knife. I'm aware Martial has a better ratio, but there's not a lo of difference imo.

                additional - 27 of those 29 shots have come inside the box. So 1/3 of his shots work the keeper within 18 yards of the goal.

                Martial has such a small sample size. You expect him to score a hatty every match? 132 for Pelle is very respectable. Certainly not a butter knife in fpl terms.

    I've got 1FT, was hoping to hold, but I think I'm going to be forced to make a move. Team is:

    Myhill // Schmeichel
    Lolarov // Cedric // Francis // Clark* // Targett*
    Silva* // Sanchez // Mahrez // Ayew // Fletcher
    Aguero // Wilson // Vardy

    Obvious move is Silva --> KDB. Was hoping to not have to do this as Silva was season keeper for me, but my bench is weak, so I think I'm gonna have to pull the trigger, as the more I read the more likely it sounds Silva will be out this GW... I'd also like to catch KDB's price rise if I'm going to do this move.

    Other option is to upgrade Clark or Targett to nailed on defender (ie Naughton or Dawson).

    Would really appreciate your thoughts!!

              Targett and Oxford are your main concerns as you probably know. I'd do C but not wholly convinced on getting rid of Gomis for Igahlo. Why not Pedro to Payet and keep Gomis and Targett/Oxford to a WBA defender ie Evans?

    A: Diouf ---> Ighalo
    B: Targett ---> Azpi/Cresswell

        I have them too, do you think there's any point playing them ahead of Richards and Haidara? (the last two have awful fixtures, Haidara especially, so Targett for a half may be more points...)

    hello great minds...what to do with this selection:

    Bego (McCarthy)

    Kolarov, Prodl, Dawson (Francis, Martin)

    Yaya, PEdro, Mahrez, Sanchez (Westwood)

    Kun, WIlson, Gomis

    have 2 FT's and 0.8 ITB...double up on WBA defense with Martin to Evans? any other thoughts?
