well I have had Ozil from the start so he is starting to pay back my loyalty. I also only just got Sanchez in on a WC two weeks ago so Ozil has been the big performer out of the two for me of late, I assume this trade would be for free?
yes certainly for free. Was going to do dawson > vvd but then saw arsenals upcoming fixtures and an ozil transfer seemed much more appealing. Would be a little good differential in my ml as well. You think he will keep this form up?

Spare a thought for the guy was was holding the £1000 last night until the 4th minute of injury time with Kane looking like he wouldn't score if he was there all night. How does stats analysis work? Say with NEW having ridiculous number of shots and chances and yet no goals in the last two games, does this mean:-
1. They are due and will tear BOU a new one. Play Wijnaldum, bench Ayew; or
2. They have no finishing ability. Play Ayew, bench Wijnaldum.If they find their boots from the Norwich game then lots of goals on the cards.

3. They appear to have been unlucky with their finishing but their attacking prospects still look good.+1, though I would amend slightly to say:
They were crazily lucky against Norwich but since then they have been unlucky. Over the past three games they are not far off where you would expect their production to be given their underlying statistics.
Basically, their luck has evened out.

Following up from our discussion the other day mate I think I might plump for VVD. I want to try and make sure every player in my WC will play every game over Xmas, and I think VVD will. Cedric could easily miss a game for Yoshida.

Yes, your attack is fine for sure. Maybe you can scrape out a decent back three this GW though, so although a defensive trannie could boost your CS prospects a bit this GW, I think the FT would have more use during the IB. Two FT's, one to bolster your defense perhaps or to set-up for the Agüero transition, who knows.
Defense is real worry though, IMO. Relying on two notorious injury-prone players in Jones & Evans to last you through December, the feast of rotation. Not to mention Huth, who not only plays or one of the weakest defenses in the league, has horrible long term fixtures to boot Gw14 onward (MUN, swa, CHE, eve, liv, MCI, BOU, tot). I'd be hard pressed to play him at all in December. On to Francis who also plays for a woeful defense & who long with Huth also has rather weak defensive fixtures come Gw14 (EVE, che, MUN, wba, CRY, ars, lei).
So depending on any injuries to your backline or bad news, I'd save & prepare to do some backline maintenance soon.Thanks for the reply

Just been looking ahead at the fixtures to try to solve the front 8 benching conundrum.
This week coming really does look the best time to play the AOA chip I think; and then Man Utd can come to our aid:
GW12: AOA
GW13: WAT v mun (bench Ighalo)
GW14: LEI v mun (bench one of Vardy/Mahrez)
GW15: MUN v wha (bench Payet)
and if Chelsea have tightened up by GW16, well Leicester hosts them that week.Not everyone will have all of these players of course, but they are the main headache-causers.
Looks like a recipe for bench points.
It's supposed to be a plan to mitigate them...but yes, it does a bit. 🙁
