With Alder now pretty pricey and the left back slot being rotated etc I really like Kyle Walker for 5,1. Fixtures are more or less average from now on bur Spurs still look rock solid. Add his decent attacking threat and new found ability to sneak a bap here and there and you have yourself a fine purchase.

  Quite like the idea of C) but only for 3 weeks then you'll have to get out due to crushing run of fixtures....unless STO hit a seam of form like Leicester did.
  If you have him you can make that assessment in a couple of weeks.
  
  Otherwise I'd probably play Vardy and hold the transfer.
  Various people keen to ditch - but a fever can be quickly shaken off, and it explains some lassitude today. I think he'll be up for it in 2 days.......
  I'd be more likely to bench him and rely on autosub than play Wolly.

What was your boxing day transfer and did it pay off?

I did a very dull Gomes > Elliot, but it was only to give me extra funds to afford Aguero/Sanchez when the time is right. Played Hennessey 🙂 but was playing him anyway over Gomes.

  I did DDG > Butland as I wasn't sure what else to do with my 2FTs and didn't want to let one go to waste. Could say it paid off, but if I didn't do it I would've played Hennessey anyway.
