Could potentially be a lot of players I want to bring in GW21. Wish we could carry a third transfer 🙂

    Williams, Sigurdsson, Aguero, Daniels.

          But you'd never play him.

I'd rather have Williams I think

Fantasy Football Scout daily hot topic

Who is in or out for you in January?

Is a Vardy replacement on your mind? If so who?

What about the midfield template? Is it time to bale on Barkley or make Ramsey redundant? If so who will replace them. Can Arnautovic replace either? Are you holding out for Sanchez?

And what of Manchester City's assets? Is Aguero ever going to justify his price tag? Can KDB ever perform well away from home? Has the shine gone for good from Silva?

Ramsey to Payet looks on the cards.

Like the look of the 4 players posted above too - Williams, Sigurdsson, Daniels and Aguero (if he can pull through the next game and over the break).

Otherwise I need rid of Clyne, Myhill and McCarthy. Potentially Giroud too.

On the ropes for me - Ramsey, Vardy, Bellerin
On my shopping list - Arnautovic, Payet, Sanchez, Ighalo, cheaper defender (Williams), Hennessey,
        Down and out - Ruddy

There are better for cheaper. Also for that price I want clean sheet potential away from home.

But agree he can happily wait. Ruddy, Vardy and Ramsey are the three currently in the frame.

Partially successfully first month of the monthly strategy for me. Top of the mods and contribs for Dec so doing something right. Bit off the main prize though but good signs of success and looking forward to playing the monthly game more. Nice in January when I can finally get rid of my red flags without spending points.

For me Silva isn't great FPL prospect anymore, he doesn't go in to the box, afraid to shoot, he is more like assister of a assister now. KDB is much better right now, he is worth these 16 pointer hauls.

I was all about Silva over KDB a few weeks back but I think you're right.

That said, City have tough home fixtures and KDB is a bit of a flat track bully, and since he doesn't score too many points in away games I'm not sure he justifies the outlay either

Can't see better mid (milf) in the template at the moment to not have this guy for home matches.

Double figure hauls all at home - opposition were:

WHU (10), NEW (15), SOU (16), SUN (16). That screams flat track bully to me.

            His next 6 home fixtures:

EVE, CPL, LEI, TOT, AVL, MUN.

AVL seems the only one that screams points from me from that lot. You might argue Everton have a shonky defence but they are hardly as bad defensively as some of the above.

I was talking about his home scores, as he predominantly scores his points at the Etihad. Yes he scored at WHL, but didn't get any bonus. That's his only attacking points on the road 🙂

Well, KDB has faced mainly tough opposition away from home, and if he now has tough home games, there's a good chance the points will start coming in the away games.

City's away fixtures look a lot better than their home ones, but I City have been very poor away from home, so if KdB is going to turn it around on the road City will have to

Payet and Siggy high on my list of Ramsey replacements come the end of the week and he blanks.

Silva has looked good recently but looks to be a bit more of an assist the assister this season. Still has decent creative stats though, I'll hold for a few weeks.

Barkley out for Arnie. Ramsey placeholder till Alexis returns. Also monitoring Payet return.

My fwd like is Kun, Kane and Kaku. Going to persist with kun till he blanks in a home game. Then I will throw up my hands. In that case will pick up one of watford's strikers.

Kdb worth it for his home hauls. And he is eating silva's points.

I'm keeping Vardy - played well vs ManCity.

Keeping Ramsey for now, him or Mata would make way for Payet in 2 weeks.

Not really keen on getting Aguero as my frontline is performing well.

Ramsey -> Payet looks a shoo-in unless Rambo shows his worth soon.

Myhill needs to go soon with his place under threat, guess Butalnd is the obvious one.

Already did Vardy -> Ighalo, keeping Mahrez for season unless injured

Not gettting Aguero before he shows form - question is whether to prepare budget for him already. And who's out for him, Lukaku or Kane.

Finally I need to find that elusive reliable third defender. Kompany it was not 😉

Alli to Payet when he's back.

Manchester City are so out of form. They need Aguero and Silva to be back to their best and quick. Once Aguero is all sharp and fit, he will be in my team.

Vardy's price replacement is Ighalo. It's amazing how he has matched Lukaku all this while and we still don't own him yet.

Cheers Jonty, seems that I have almost the exact same team, must be your influence from Scoutcast. 🙂

I think I'll sell Ramsey this week even if he has Newcastle game, probably for Arnautović. He was already in the frame, I went for Ramsey there instead, and we've seen how that went.

Barkley has big ownership, gets points, and I have enough funds to keep him as my fifth midfielder, so he stays in the team for a few more weeks. I'll probably sell Barkley when Payet and Sanchez are fit.

You convinced me back there to get Vardy for 6.4, thank you, and I'd like to keep him for now. I need to see more blanks to get rid.

KDB seems obvious route into City team. Yaya also good option, but KDB just keep getting those Etihad hauls.

Ruddy to Hennessy seems obvious move, but both him and Butland have tough fixtures in the same gameweeks.

Not sure is Moreno to Williams necessary move, but I'd like to have Williams more.

      Possible IN:
      1) Dele Alli who looks like a great 4th mid, behind the forward at Spurs
      2) A new striker at Chelsea, a good squad looking for an upturn
      3) Pelle at Southampton, if they can hit a run of good form like they did early last season
      4) Swansea and Newcastle: both need goals to survive, so we'll see if a player steps up. Gomis for Vardy?
      5) Adebayor if someone signs him

      OUT:
      1) Aguero. Better value in Man City midfield
      2) Vardy, just a hunch (probably wrong)
      3) Mata, great player being wasted
      4) Kolarov, City defence looks patched together

      Ramsey > Payet a possibility.

Might also downgrade DDG at some point. He isn't worth the extra money over the cheaper keepers given United's collapse in recent weeks.

Also have an eye on Stoke defenders and Ivanovic depending on how my current defence goes over the next few weeks.

Finally, I'm carrying a strong front 8 atm as I wanted depth during Christmas but I'll want to revert to a cheap 5th mid before too long as well.

Ramsey to Payet, Vardy to Ighalo. Easy.

Watched back the Arsenal game last night,
Özil was outstanding - if only the rest of the team was on the same wavelength as him

Walcott owners/Captainers - you were robbed he could have exploded and easily got a hattrick, if I owned him I think I would (c) him, Giroud a good shout too and I can see Özil with another assist at least.

Does Tomkins (5.0) come close to Cresswell (5.5) as the WHM defender of choice?

Cresswell way better imo. Is Tomkins even nailed at RB with Jenkinson waiting in the wings?

Just going by minutes played - him and Cressy way ahead. Little clue about WHM at CB.

Reid Ogbonna would be the preferred Cb choice, although Ginge is making a good shout to be a consistent starter.

Jenkinson has been garbage. Something has gone wrong as was brilliant last year. Lacking confidence and cant defend. Not bad going forward, would be better on the wing. Tomkins is definitely the first choice Rb now.

        Cresswell Reid Ogbonna Tomkins
        Adrian

Would be our best back 5 although expect ginge to rotate with Ogbonna

In the cup - if you have the same points and goals scored, it is decided by fewest goals conceded in the gameweek.

Does anyone know if this is just your defence and keepers, or does it include midfield as well?

Vardy has Bournemouth next. I'd keep and re-assess after

Is Ryan Bennetts spot secure? At 3,9 he looks like a nice enabler

Anyone else saving a transfer each second week and transferring in 2 players with back to back home fixtures, eg Williams, Arnautovich in gw21?
