The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index scores are now available and the Fantasy Premier League Bonus points have now been added to the game. Here’s our breakdown of how they map out for Gameweek ten…

Chelsea 3 Arsenal 5
Van Persie 3, Santos & Walcott 2

The only share of FPL bonus this week comes amongst the Arsenal ranks, with Theo Walcott and Andre Santos tied on identical EA PPI scores having both notched at Stamford Bridge. Robin Van Persie is a clear leader however; he collected the Gameweek’s leading PPI score of 67. Chelsea’s Frank Lampard ranked third overall in this match but was denied bonus by the tied Arsenal pairing.

Everton 0 Man United 1
Hernandez 3, Evra 2, De Gea 1

Javier Hernandez’s strike proved decisive at Goodison and, not surprisingly, proved enough to earn him the highest EA PPI on show and the three bonus points. In a game devoid of any strong attacking performers, it was two United defensive players who ranked next, with Patrice Evra recording a PPI of 24 thanks to assist. David De Gea’s saves fetched him 21 PPI this week. Ji-Sung Park just missed out on bonus with a PPI of 20.

Norwich 3 Blackburn 3
Hoilett 3, Johnson 2, Samba 1

As we predicted last night, it was Junior Hoilett who emerged with the top ranked PPI score and the maximum bonus. Indeed, our forecast for this game proved spot-on, as Bradley Johnson and Blackburn’s Chris Samba picked up the remaining points. Morten Gamst Pedersen and Norwich’s Steve Morison were just a couple of PPI points behind that trio.

Tottenham 3 QPR 1
Van der Vaart 3, Bale 2, Lennon 1

Tottenham’s in-form Dutchman prevails for the maximum bonus – surprisingly recording a stronger EA PPI than two-goal hero Gareth Bale. Van der Vaart’s PPI of 63 will be broken down in our Scout review of the weekend tomorrow but, right now, it looks as though his efforts on target played a part in him nicking top spot from Bale. Aaron Lennon, with two assists from yesterday’s game, earned the remaining bonus.

Man City 2 Wolves 1
Kolarov 3, Dzeko 2, Johnson 1

The winning goal from Aleksandar Kolarov was enough to earn him the top PPI score in this match, just edging out Edin Dzeko in second spot. This again, was a tough one to predict and, while we went for Yaya Toure in our forecast last night, he was ranked fifth, with Adam Johnson recording a PPI of 23 to fetch the remaining bonus point.

Sunderland 2 Aston Villa 2
Petrov 3, Sessegnon 2, Larsson 1

It’s no real surprise to see Stylian Petrov on top of the PPI scores given his goal and assist contribution to the 2-2 draw. Stephane Sessegnon matched him with an identical return, but the Villa man came out on top in the PPI stakes with a 5 point advantage. Seb Larsson collected the remaining bonus courtesy of his assist for the late equaliser, denying Villa’s Richard Dunne by just a single PPI point.

Swansea 3 Bolton 1
Allen 3, Gower 2, Sinclair 1

Our prediction proved accurate for this one, as Joe Allen earned another three bonus points for his second consecutive goal and a busy midfield showing. Mark Gower’s creativity and industry was reflected with another strong PPI return, although it was very tight amongst the Swansea ranks. Scott Sinclair nudged in for a single bonus point with his third spot-kick of the season; there was just a single PPI point between him and Angel Rangel. Indeed, the next four players were separated by just a single PPI point, as the Swans dominated the PPI rankings.

West Brom 0 Liverpool 2
Carroll 3, Agger 2, Enrique 1

Andy Carroll came out on top in this game, just denying Dan Agger a share of the maximum bonus by a single PPI point. Indeed, with a clean sheet at the Hawthorns, Liverpool’s defensive players fared well here. Jose Enrique picked up a single bonus point, while both Martin Skrtel and Jose Reina were also highly placed in the PPI rankings. Charlie Adam also ranked well and was perhaps unfortunate not to see bonus rewards. Luis Suarez fetched a PPI of 12 – again efforts of target appear to have dented his bonus prospects.

Wigan 0 Fulham 2
Dempsey 3, Dembele 2, Sidwell 1

Clint Dempsey did enough to squeeze past Moussa Dembele for the maximum bonus in this game, as the Fulham pairing dominated the PPI rankings. As we predicted last night, Steve Sidwell came in for the single bonus point, although he trailed Dembele by 8 PPI points, sneaking past Mark Schwarzer in fourth by just 2 PPI points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    My options are...

    1) RvP/Aguero/Keep Martin Petrov or Jon Walters (for a 4 point hit)
    2) RvP/Rooney/Chris Eagles - 4 point hit
    3) Rooney/Aguero/Ramsey - no points hit

I'm keeping Petrov for this week, then he's out for larrson/Walters

Bolton fans on the radio at the weekend were livid about his commitment. Apparantely he's fallen out with Coyle as well. Wouldn't surprisedto see him benched. He can't even make 60mins already. Got other fish to fry, but Petrov out after this week is the key move for me. Just one more week needed to make sure.

sunderland's fixtures are great. May get larrson back in again. I'm looking for consistency for a 6m with the potential for a big pts haul. Between him and Walters at the moment. Main minileague rival has walters though so looking for a differential...most of his team is the same as mine as it is.

No have a look at the last few weeks. Last week he got two asists but played poorly, this week he couldn`t hit a barn door with a banjo. He`s a striker and Spurs could bang in 5 with Ade getting a hat trick but I`m just making you aware he has not been playing well.

i read somewhere that when VDV plays just behind the main striker, he almost isolates him a little, cutting him out of the game, but freeing up room for himself...when VDV plays the striker doesn't score much

Definitely dropped the ball in my team a wee bit! Can't be without RVP for any longer after the weekend, issue being how to fit him in, will best drop Nani, too much rotation risk, question is do I risk a week without any Utd players or go all out for an 8 point hit to get it sorted?

    So can go:

Nani > Less than 7.3 Mid (Maybe Clev if fit)
    Adebayor > RVP (Have VdV)

That would be 4 point but I could also go

Suarez > Rooney but would only have 5.1 for the mid so probs bring in or could do Hernandez and have more for mid but would be an 8 point hit?

How about Ramsey and RVP for Ade and Nani.
Although Nani and Ade have good fixtures, RVP/Ramsey have arguably better ones.
Maybe my biased Arsenal side speaking but Ramsey has been excellent lately, something like 6 assists/goals in his last 6 in all competitions

Yes you want RVP, but do you really want to get rid of Nani? Lovely fixtures coming up, and you'd have to suspect he'll be starting at home to Sunderland this week.

You already have £1.6M in the bank, so can you not go:
      Bosingwa -> Cheap
      Kompany -> Cheap
      Ade -> RVP?

An 8 pointer, but Chelsea aren't keeping any clean sheets and Kompany is suspended this week. Just an idea.

Agree with you Bubbles will keep Nani for the week and hope he starts!

        How about this then:

        Ade > RVP
        Bosingwa > Wilkinson
Kompany > P Jones? Think Utd are going to concentrate on keeping it tighter

    team is as follows
    Kenny Vorm
    Kompany Enrique McAuley Wilkinson Simpson
    Silva Allen VDV Mata Ramsey
    Adebayor Suarez RVP
    Which is the best option?
    A. Kompany/Allen/Adebayor - playing the same front 7 each week (current choice obviously)
    B. Tierney/Drenthe/Bendtner - rotating Ramsey/Drenthe and Bendy each week depending on fixtures...weaking defence.
    C. Tierney/Allen/Hernandez - playing same front 7 but also weakening defence.

Kenny rotates well with Vorm (difficulty would be keeping the cleanies themself)

King will NEVER be over his "injury worries", he has chronic, untreatable problems in both knees. He never takes part in full training with the rest of the team, instead he does constant fitness training alone. He can also never play more than one game a week. He is a great player in good form, but that doesn't mean he's magically cured his problems!

Tenacious, willing and unselfish are the words you associate with Parker. In a team full of flair, he allows Gareth Bale, Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart the freedom to express themselves. When Parker is in this form his team-mates should give him their bonus money for doing all their defensive work.

That's actually really strange that the fixtures often alternate between home and away. You'd think they would have six home games on the trot to save them travelling anywhere.

Right I need to get Van Persie today, how do I do it?

    Given Vorm
    Kompany Enrique Simpson Brown BOSINGWA
    VDV Brunt Walters Dyer NASRI
    Rooney Suarez ADEBAYOR

Players in capitals are the ones I'm willing to lose to get him in. Would be an 8 point hit though and would mean I'd be switching to a midfield of VDV plus 4 mid pricers. I do still have my wildcard though so could sort it out next week. What do people think of these options:

    1. Bos/Nasri/Ade - Wilkinson/Ramsey/RVP
    2. Bos/Nasri/Ade - Jones/Pilkington/RVP (this would mean a very budget midfield)
    3. Rooney - RVP (no United cover, but I'd be wildcarding next week and could look at other United options)

I'm really stuck here, any suggestions much appreciated.

End of GW5 942,432 right now 73,432 with ShawX to play. The Dutch wizards got me 75 points so far this week, but I still may be pipped to the manager of the month award because our league leader scored 87 and has Walters to play so I need ShawX -2 to beat Walters. Things are looking up (eventually)

I had always planned to WC and the end of this week to get a Rooney & Baines in at the expense of Silva (due man city fixtures and possible rotation) but now i'm not so sure. My team is good this week and could save two trannies and take a 4 point hit next week to sort out my defence. My team link is below. Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated guys -
