    Assuming all fit (big assumption on one), do Sturridge, Kane, Vardy, Ali, Barkley fit into one team? I guess the reality is he will play Roon as captain and leading scorer etc but it may not take much now for him to be replaced. Sturridge and Kane could be a menacing front 2.

      Nobel has been vastly underrated. He deserves to go on the plane to euros.
      I would prefer vardy and Kane up front. It's a shame that Roy will choose Rooney on the basis that he's a man Utd player - never mind that he's top scorer etc. He's not good enough to start every game.

        Roy did mention Noble. Think a holding spot is still up for grabs. Good to see Drinkwater get a nod too. Been very impressive. Think Henderson, Dier, Noble, Drinkwater all have a chance. I would like 4-3-3 with Ali and Barkley ahead of a holding mid. Maybe Sterling and Vardy behind Kane.

          I'd be very cautious of starting sterling. But yes of course. I'd much prefer the line up you mentioned.

          However. We both know it won't happen. Which is a great shame.
          Wish Roy would start players on the basis of their form. And not the clubs they play for.

    Moreno to Huth (Has to be Hith or cheaper due to funds)
    Firmino to Mahrez
    Ighalo to Vardy

    A minus four hit - but goes a long way to getting 10 players minimum for GW 30, and for Leicester's great run of games

        I have Kane and Aguero as my other two.

        I can't afford to sell and buy Aguero back in time for 28 without taking hits. So I'm afraid I must keep him through the blank.

        I could hold off on the defensive transfer to be fair.

            I've looked. And I do like it.
            However one of your replies on your query (below) says that it's criminal to waste two frees on one player. I have to say. He is correct. If I did that. It would leave me with 9 players for gw30. Therefore. I must stick with my current plan.

      My only question mark would be keeping Fimino for the blank, when you could lose him this week for a player with an attractive fixture, such as Arnie.

      Do you have a front 7 you're happy enough with GW27 anyway?

      You could do Ighalo > Vardy and Firmino > Whoever, this week (unless that leaves you with a weak defence without Fuchs)

      Otherwise, I like the moves.

          It's a fair point on Ighalo v BOU, but he has tailed off his scoring of late. Arnie also has a plum fixture next week (AVL), so that could pay off.

    After 20 mins of the Chelsea game last night, I was panicking about my preemptive move for Vardy rather than a one week punt on Costa. But after his 9 point haul, and knowing I'm better prepared for the blank and beyond, I'm not too upset.

    So... Planning for next week, if who's the best Firmino replacement for the blank? Here's my current team:

    Butland - Forster
    Bellerin - Alderweireld - Daniels - Simpson - Targett
    Özil - Payet - Firmino - Mahrez - Alli
    Agüero - Kane - Vardy

    A) Arnie (AVL)
    B) Antonio.(SUN)
    C) Sanchez (not based on fixture, but longer term)

    Maybe Sanchez's performance today might wing it, but as of now??

      Apart from the flu, I think his attitude has been VERY poor for the last few weeks, I was reading in the Stoke forums. Not the guy you want around when you are having a difficult run of games.

    I think it would be wise to go with a Che/SOT rotation pairing at the back..... So that would mean benching Forster/Aguero./Dann (Form over fixtures) / Daniels (cant keep clean sheets)

    Okay, so I'm assuming one of my transfers this next week will be Firmino to Mahrez, and the other one SHOULD have been Moreno out, but then I have 3-4 defenders with playable fixtures next week, and I am doubtful again.
