In addition to the "casuals" theory, I would say that for a lot of FFSers (not me) Tottenham getting knocked out of the FA cup suddenly made GW30 a cakewalk. They are all set and decided to punt on, say, Everton assets, which can be swapped back to GW30ers easily enough.

probably because they havent realised gw30 there are blanks, already on gw28, they are transferring in them players for gw29, no room for manouevre if they have to many gw30 blank players
person second to me in m/l has 10 players with blanks so far, more if ars win, and he only has 1ft next week, no w/c, some dont look any further ahead than the week in front of them
