      that's what I did. Siggy on pk's with great fixtures. Payet has only scored big once in the past 6 or so games and he has terrible fixtures with a blank. I kept Sanchez, Mahrez, Alli, and Arnautovic.

    Silva was awful last night, didn’t look great in the final or indeed the few weeks before that. But I backed out on Arnie before Villa because he didn’t look great and had a doubt, albeit a minor one, hanging over him. Villa are so bad, are don’t think form is as much as a factor as they allow you to play yourself into it!

    Trouble is not sure about whether to ditch Firmino or Payet, both have decent fixtures this weekend.

      Their high-octane approach to the game is still in the process of being installed into those players..

      They'll be better next season if they get some consistency, but for now they're very hit and miss. It either really works, or really doesn't.

    Can I just give you all my 'told you so' of the year when I said Antonio would outscore Payet after the latter came back from injury and everyone laughed? There... I told you so.

    Other 'I told you so' moments from this year include:

    1) Igloo would outscore Deeney
    2) Firminho would be a good pick
    3) Vardy would outscore Aguero

    Okay, maybe I didn't predict the last one. I did however have a few equally impressive misfirings:

    1) Kane would be a one season wonder
    2) No team can afford to live without Hazard
    3) Mahrez will burn out early
