Riyahd Mahrez has fully recovered from the cramp that led to his withdrawal at Watford, Shane Long is back for Southampton’s trip to Stoke, whilst Aaron Lennon remains a doubt as Everton square up to Chelsea in the last eight of the FA Cup.
Claudio Ranieri has confirmed that Riyad Mahrez has fully recovered from the cramp that saw him withdrawn late on against Watford last Saturday evening. Matty James is the only absentee for the Foxes clash with Newcastle on Monday.
Per Mertesacker and Gabriel have both recovered from the injuries that forced them off against Hull on Tuesday night. Laurent Koscielny has “a little chance” of making Sunday’s cup clash with Watford, whilst Arsene Wenger went on to reveal that Aaron Ramsey’s thigh problem is “a small alert”, though the Gunners have yet to establish a full prognosis.

Connor Wickham remains ruled out with a thigh injury and is expected back in time for the Gameweek 32 clash against West Ham in early April. Wayne Hennessey is back in contention after missing out with a minor injury last weekend.
Aaron Lennon is “progressing well” from a hamstring injury but remains a doubt for Everton’s cup clash with Chelsea. Bryan Oviedo is a doubt after picking up a chest infection, though Tom Cleverley and Gareth Barry have both recovered from similar complaints. Kevin Mirallas serves the first of a two-match ban for the Toffees.
Shane Long has recovered from a knee injury in time for Southampton’s trip to Stoke. Skipper Jose Fonte sits this one out after being sent off against Sunderland last week, whilst Jay Rodriguez is set to step up his fitness by turning out for the reserves next week.
Eddie Howe has confirmed that he’ll make a late decision on the fitness of Harry Arter. The Bournemouth boss revealed that Josh King is playing with a knock, though Junior Stanislas remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
