    Arnie is undervalued around here. More ppg than Alli, Eriksen and Siggy. Consistent returns but always the first to be benched / sold.

          Yeah, rest had a space. Scored 18 and 17 plus 13,12 for 7 double figure hauls.
          Scored 12,2,18 in a row then 13,2,17 in a row. Went quiet this time last season and got hot from GW16.

      You mean 10+ points right ? He hasn't achieved that yet. But, this could well be the GW where it all changes. Bournemouth won't hold back and just defend the whole match. There would be enough openings for the likes of Alli to make runs and set up Kane.

        Yeah, no better opportunity to deliever consecutive hauls than now. Bournemouth winning this weekend was great news aswell, they're basically safe now, so no need to park the bus and fight desperately for points like Norwich did vs City.

          One of the least scoring teams in the league, but Sigurdsson is on some form right now. If they can somehow stop him, then that's Swansea attack gone.

          Feel like every single team apart from Villa has some attacking edge to them that can kill any CS right now.

              6 of those other 10 they only scored once, though. Their attacking threat apart from Siggy is very slim.

              Bit like Spurs always conceding one goal, but they're still a good bet for a CS, as they're defensively very solid.

    Hi fellow friends !

    What actually DOUBLE GAME WEEK means?

    Does it mean during that particular week, 2 games will be played by a particular team because of their prior involvement on the cup games?

    Or b) one game on that week, and the other game on the next week ? If this is the case, we can always change the players. So it basically means like any other normal week where u can use your WC or transfers.

    Or c) one game on that week, and the other game on the next week by that particular team but you can edit or change any of the players during that two game week?

          agree. I'm happy to have Sig in my team - as I had for majority of last season.

          But I wouldn't captain him for this Swansea team...even against Villa. Swansea seem like a team who "adapts" to the level of the opposition, for good or bad.

          Against a big team, sure the good Swansea turns up. But against a mediocre or bad team, poor Swansea turns up.

    Consensus is to save an FT this week as possible considering the international break? My defence sucks next week but could still hold and hope.

                Ability to keep Spurs and Lei assets a few weeks longer is quite appealing. Will wait for the announcement but I think I'm swaying towards a GW36 WC. Don't really see the massive upside in a GW33 WC, unless I've missed something.

              sure. Barkley as well, maybe the Everton keeper, considering they have three games to make up. I guess the fixtures will confirm everything but GW34 should be the monster one.

    I saw many experienced managers say they are considering a WBA defender for the DGW 34. Considering that they have Arsenal away as one of the fixtures and Spurs away in GW 35, I can't see the reason. Anyone?

      He was good in defense but attack-wise I think Spurs ruined it and played it safe..
      They stopped attacking after the 2nd goal..
      And even on Corners, where Alder could have scored, they ruined all of them..

    If Sturridge is fit, there's a few decent options up front with Kane, Sturridge, Vardy and Rooney.
