With the final international break of the season now upon us, weโ€™re afforded time to assess the leading contenders in the Fantasy Football Scout leagues across a variety of games. With leagues in Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Ultimate Fantasy Premier League,Sky Sports and Sun Dream Team, there’s plenty to catch up on.

FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE

Following an 80-point Gameweek, Chris Rigden maintained his one-point lead at the summit of our Scout League. Like all of the top five, the bulk of Chrisโ€™ haul can be attributed to handing Harry Kane the captainโ€™s armband. Supplementing the Englishmanโ€™s efforts, Dele Alli, Riyad Mahrez, Jamie Vardy and Dimitri Payet also delivered attacking returns. Clean sheets from Ashley Williams and Toby Alderweireld capped off a strong showing. Chris now stand on 1,915 points โ€“ enough to earn him eighth spot overall, just 23 points off the FPL summit.

Craig Ward retained second place by also posting an 80-point round. He fielded a very similar team to Chris but opted against defensive coverage from Tottenham Hotspur and instead profited from Christian Fuchsโ€™ shut-out and maximum bonus points. Now up to twelfth overall in FPL, Craigโ€™s decision to bench the likes of Aaron Cresswell and David Silva ultimately paid off in light of their unproductive outings.

Adrian Lockhart (77) and George Man (82) are neck and neck with a total score of 1,905 points. The former tripled up on Spurs assets but will rue his choice not to deploy Robert Huth in the starting XI. As for the latter, he benefited from a host of the usual suspects and a trio of defenders that all recorded clean sheets.

By virtue of tallying 88 points in the previous batch of fixtures, Panna Fricker sneaked into the top five. Although she elected to bench Hector Bellerin (12 points), Lukasz Fabianski proved to be a key differential as she climbed up to 29th overall.

Thanks to the performances of our top five, the Fantasy Football Scout league sits at the top of the Best Leagues as we look to retain our title once again.

To join this league use the code: 600-520

FPL MEMBERS SCOUT LEAGUE

Chris Rigden also charts top of our Membersโ€™ League, boasting a 17-point lead over second-placed Andrew Dougan. Bellerin and Alexis Sanchez came up trumps for Andrew as he improved his overall standing with an 84-point return.

Ralf Buckenmaier notched 85 points to push himself into third position. Ralf benched all the right players and enjoyed a clean sweep of shut-outs from his backline.

In the wake of a mammoth 95-point Gameweek, Marsel Levi occupies fourth spot. Sanchez, Bellerin and Fuchs were his star performers beyond Kane.

Staying true to his team name (โ€œGettinโ€™ Siggy Wit Itโ€), Euan Thompson bestowed Sigurdsson with the captainโ€™s armband. He consequently slipped to fifth in the rankings as many of his rivals plumped for Kane as captain.

ULTIMATE FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE

Courtesy of an 101-point Gameweek, Sultan Osman (2295) extended his lead at the peak of our Ultimate Fantasy Premier League table to 53 points.

With regards to the chasing pack, Panna Fricker, Mateusz Grzadzielewski and Sean Tobin are locked in a three-way tussle on 2242 points. Meanwhile, Stephen Wakefield (2235) propelled himself into fifth after chalking up 94 points.

To join this league, use the code: 1258-516.

SKY SPORTS FANTASY FOOTBALL

Resting on 2168 points, Alan Wood is a massive 181 points clear of second-placed Dexter Hayes (1987) and looks destined to claim the crown in our Scout League. Alan is also the overall number one in Sky and sits 122 points ahead of his nearest rival.

Elsewhere, Jonathon Bancroft (1985) is positioned just two points shy of Dexter in the bronze-medal berth.

Ranking top in the League of Leagues standings, weโ€™re well on course to regain our title. To join this league use the league name: FFScout and the code: 8009000

SUN DREAM TEAM

Despite experiencing a middling Gameweek (58 points), David O Byrne (1850) remains the highest-charting player in our Sun leaderboard. The entirety of his back four registered clean sheets, but he suffered from Raheem Sterlingโ€™s injury and a no-show from Memphis Depay.

Jeff Payne (1824) shot into second place due to a 90-point round. The likes of Christian Eriksen and Daniel Sturridge furnished his outfit with a differential flavour that paid dividends. Four points back in the third slot, Jonathon Bancroft (1820) is banking on Arsenal to end the season on a high note, given that heโ€™s recruited five players from the North London club.

Positioned fourth and fifth, respectively, Charles Mouzon (1800) and Colin Drury (1776) both managed 64 points in the last wave of match-ups. The former was hamstrung slightly by Diego Costaโ€™s suspension and Roberto Firminoโ€™s injury, while the latter will likely be planning an exit route for the out-of-favour Olivier Giroud.

What is the deal with the everton palace fixture.....when are we expecting it?

Is there any chance of an everton triple game week?

Are we expecting in in gw35?....==and if so will people look to invest in additional everton assets....eg Lennon

            Everton Fixtures
            20/04 - EPL GW 34 - LIV (A)
            23/04 - EPL GW 35 - CPL (A) - Postponed due to CPL's FA Cup on 24th
            [27/04 - UCL week]
            30/04 - EPL GW 36 - BOU (H)
            [03/05 - UCL week]
            07/05 - EPL GW 37 - LEI (A)
            11/05 - EPL GW 37 - SUN (A)
            15/05 - EPL GW 38 - NOR (H)

Looking at this fixture congestion, the only option is 27/04 or 03/05
            However, Everton have a 10 day gap on 20/04 - 30/04; whereas only a 7 day gap on 30/04 - 07/05

            SCENARIO 1 - Play on 03/05
10 day gaps in between GW 34 & GW 36
and then 5 games in 15 days for Everton.

            SCENARIO 2 - Play on 27/04
            3 games in 10 days which means GW34 - GW 36;
            1 week break
3 games in 1 week for DGW37 - GW38 (which is 'normal' for DGW37 teams)

Problem is Champions League is on that week, but it is both on dates. If they are able to negotiate though 27/04 is more likely logical.
This has happened for both Arsenal vs Hull and MU vs West Ham FA Cup replay this season,

Another solution is fitting in GW37 on the 09/05, which means Everton will have a TGW37, but unlikely.

TL;DR I'm clutching my straws that Everton will reschedule its Palace game to Wednesday, but still in GW35

          A) Kun is essential on a WC with a double coming up.

          B) KdB is crap away from home and therefore overpriced.

Maybe. But he's pricey, if you're short of money, then maybe you'd prefer a cheapo striker with Studge and Lukaku and have KDB on midfield. E.g. ship Mahrez for KDB but have Vardy with Studge and Lukaku? But you're right, I have much harder time giving up on any of my midfielders than any of my forwards.

And KDB is cheap?? Aguero is expensive but if anyone can pull it off for £13m it's him, KDB is not worth it by a long shot, he has 1 or 2 assists away from home all season. No Chance

There are just 4 places in my team that i keep switching about, which option seems best?

          A) DDG, Monreal, Sanchez, Lingard

          B) Cech, Reid, Sanchez, Lanzini

          C) DDG, Bellerin/Kosc, Ozil, Lanzini

          D) Robles, Bellerin, Sanchez, Lanzini

          XXX Elliot
          Rojo Gabriel Sakho XXX Simpson
          Payet Firmino XXX Mahrez XXX
          Aguero Kane Lukaku

Option C looks best but annoyingly Sanchez has been nailed in my team since wildcard tinkering began, plus Ozil is on a dip of form.

          Thanks in advance!

I like C the best but A is also good.

But if you could somehow get Bellerin and Sanchez that would be optimum. Just feel Sanchez is due a strong finish to the season.

Thanks Backup Dancer, my thoughts exactly. Not too keen on Lingard over Lanzini but the Arsenal defence is a coin toss.

However with the recent Everton announcement then maybe D is best with Robles in goal, but then if Rojo doesnt play a game id lose out on a potential clean sheet

This makes Robles look a lot better, I think. Would have to pair him with Cech, which means spending more to get Smalling for MUN coverage and a LIV defender at risk of rotation. Broken.

          Everton and Palace Double

How has the news that Everton and Palace now have a double gameweek 33 changed your plans.

Anyone tempted to wildcard right now to maximise their double double.

Also will the triple captaincy chip be used in GWK 33 now?

              Interesting.
I was always planning on using the WC before gw33.
The plan was to ignore Palace and Everton players (bar Lukaku). But this new fixture may mean that Barkley, Bolasie, (perhaps a defender?) may enter my thoughts.
It also has a big impact on gw35, with both teams blanking. With everyone loading up on ManU as well, or considering a Watford and West Ham players, gw35 may turn into a minefield.

As someone who has always planned to TC34, WC36, BB37 this has perhaps changed my mind slightly..

The main thinking for TC34 is because the DGW fixtures for United and Arsenal were so good but Watford away, Palace at home DGW is a great choice for Lukaku TC..

Both of Everton's fixtures in GW33 will be away from home - they do not play Palace at home (Everton and Palace drew 1-1 at Goodison Park in December...)

Everton in general, 38 points.. safe from relegation, too far away from europa, just not much to play for.

Lukaku is still worth having imo as he's nailed on for every game up front but, even though Everton ARE better defensively with Jags in the team, will they be shutting many teams out?

With the exception of Bournemouth and Watford, they play a lot of teams with a lot to play for.

I think that as much as I've tried to plan to avoid it, I will have to take hits to make the most of the next 5 or 6 weeks. Wildcard still in tow but double double for Palace and Everton, allied with tasty fixtures for United and West Ham means it's unavoidable.

Hasn't changed my plans (WC 33, BB 34, TC 37), as an Everton fan for 30 years I can say I'm avoiding them like the plague, except Lukaku, and maybe Robles (everyone else will either be rotated or too inconsistent). There are much better DGW prospects due to form and fixtures (man u, pool, arse, west ham). Also Leicester and Spurs key players will likely out-score Everton's.

Anyone fancying a wildcard now itself with triple captain Lukaku for dgw33 or do we fear rotation?

I think Lukaku and Barkley play all the games as long as there is like 3 days rest in between. Rest of the team not so sure.

This Everton/Palace fixture in 33 really adds weight to the 33 WC, 34 BB.
          This just gets better.

What! This has completely ruined what may possibly have been a moderately productive last half hour at work before Easter!

Not possible for anyone using wildcard in 33 to plan for double week 34.

Use WC now and have 2 FT's for GW35 and TC for 33 (if you want) ... ๐Ÿ˜›
