Joe Hart is back in contention for City’s Champions League clash with PSG. Yaya Toure is still sidelined with a back problem, Cheikhou Kouyate’s ban is overturned by the FA, whilst Gabby Agbonlahor is available for Villa once again.

Mixed News for Pellegrini

Manuel Pellegrini confirmed that Joe Hart has been passed fit for Manchester City’s midweek Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain, while Yaya Toure has been ruled out with an ongoing knee issue:

“Hart has worked without any problem in the last day. He has had medical and physical tests and has no problems to play. Yaya has a problem with his knee so he is not able to play.”

The Scout Says: Priced at 5.6, Joe Hart represents the cheapest secure source of Man City defensive coverage ahead of their double Gameweek 34 (che & new). Offering encouragement for prospective investors, the Sky Blues recorded three clean sheets and surrendered seven fewer shots inside the box (13) than any team across the last four Gameweeks, underlining their renewed diligence at the back. Moreover, it’s worth noting that Pellegrini’s troops rank top for shut-outs in away fixtures (nine). With Yaya nursing an injury and David Silva (zero goals and three assists in nine) struggling to live up to his 9.8 price point, Kevin De Bruyne – who scored on his return to action against Bournemouth – serves as the choice pick for managers wishing to double up on the Sky Blues’ offense.

Kouyate Ban Rescinded

West Ham have successfully appealed Cheikhou Kouyate’s three-match ban after the midfielder was sent off against Palace last weekend. The Senegal international is now available for Arsenal’s visit to Upton Park on Saturday.

The Scout Says: Considering that the Hammers embark on a double Gameweek (lei & WAT) after the Gunners encounter, their Fantasy assets will be subject to increased interest over the next fortnight. In terms of their midfield contingent, Dimitri Payet tops the pile by a significant margin, having chalked up three goals and four assists in his previous six starts. Michail Antonio would be next in line if he was assured a midfield berth, yet it remains to be seen whether James Tomkins or Sam Byram will relinquish him of his defensive duties at right-back, thus allowing him to return to the right of the three attacking midfield slots. That uncertainty renders Manuel Lanzini (4.9) – who’s netted in successive starts – the prime budget route into the Irons’ attack and an agreeable compromise for Gameweek 33 wildcarders.

Agbonlahor Back in Contention

Gabriel Agbonlahor is free to play this weekend against Bournemouth after Aston Villa elected not to deliver any further sanctions to the striker in light of his recent off-field transgressions.

The Scout Says: With seven straights defeats – in a run that’s seen them concede three or more goals on four occasions – any Fantasy interest in Villa has tended to surround their upcoming opponents as a potential source of points. This tactic was again evidenced at the weekend, when Chelsea pair Pedro (two goals) and Pato (goal and assist) both served up double-figure hauls at Villa Park. Those still holding Bournemouth’s assets will fancy their chances this weekend, then, whilst there’s certainly scope for a few of Manchester United’s attacking recruits to flourish during their double Gameweek 34 (AVL & CRY). Looking beyond Anthony Martial (three goals and two assists in seven matches), the likes of Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata could prove to be clever short-term differentials, whilst Marcus Rashford (4.5) may yet be worthy of a short-term punt if Wayne Rooney remains sidelined.

Yeah that's the safest way to do it, it's what I had for the Liverpool United game when it was on.

Think this time I'm gonna go over 0.5 pre match and then PSG win + BTTS in play

I tend to go for a correct score bet.

      50 on over 0.5 and then 5 euro on 0-0 at 10/1.

I then have the completely risk free bet on correct score, thinking PSG to win 3-1 at 12/1.

It would be a nice payday if it comes in, and if not i'm covered anyway!

    Let me throw this open.

36 WCarder. Team and moves are:

    Mignolet
Toby(-> Smalling) Bellerin Williams(->Sakho) (Fuchs Targett)
    Alexis(tc) Ozil Firmino Mahrez(-> KdB/Bolasie) Alli
    Aguero Lukaku Vardy(Martial/Rashford)

    Scenario is whether i do

    a) KdB + Rashford
    b) Bolasie + Martial (Afford me a Pelle punt in 35. I'm getting Kane back in both options. Option A involves Smalling downgrade to fund Lukaku -> Kane)

Maybe the perfect WC according to me with the TV I've got 😉
    DDG Robles
    Bellerin Gabriel Sakho Simpson Delaney
    Sanchez Milner Coutinho Payet Lennon
    Lukaku Aguero Martial

Planning to save my FT and having 2FT's for gw35
Maybe DDG+Delaney+Martial -> Darlow+Azpi+Pelle for -4 (The risk is calculated as i hope gw 34 to be a high scoring week)
As Pelle plays Avl in gw35 as my 1gw punt and darlow just a bench fodder as il play Robles from gw36-38(bou,lei,sun,nor)
Bench Pelle, Milner/Lennon ans Azpi for gw36
Will still have 8DGWer's along with Sanchez and Use the 2FT's to get 2 more DGW players for gw37

I maybe wrong wrong at certain places
Really looking forward to your thoughts on this
    Cheers 😉

    Hennessay ( Forster )

Bellerin - fuchs - Moreno (Dawson - williams)

Ozil - mahrez - payet - Firmino (alli)

    Aguero - lukaku - kane

    0 Ft
    0,8mitb

Saving WC for gw 36 or 37.

What would you do for gw 34? Really want sanchez (c).

    Thinking:
    Kane + alli -> sanchez + rashford (-4)

Trippel (c) sanchez and bench rashford or mahrez.

Then Get kane back for lukaku gw 35.

    Here's one...

Would you go with Hart over Mignolet for DGW34? He's certainly got a better GW33 and GW35. His GW34 looks tougher, but Liverpool's cleansheets aren't in abundance either.

What it would mean is my backup keeper, Gomes in the second DGW. The variance in fixtures in GW37 being:

    Mignolet: WAT CHE
    Gomes: liv nor

Would give me this, quite-untemplate, team:

Sanchez - De Bruyne - Payet - Coutinho - Lanzini
      Aguero - Kane - Mitrovic

Sanchez or Aguero look the best at the moment, but both were considered questionable before they scored last weekend - it will probably change again after this week depending on who scores this weekend.

I'm not so keen on City away from home, I think my second choice might be Lukaku this week, with two favourable away games. In close contention with Payet.
