    Even though it's been a horrible WC fail when compared to the pre WC teams I think 53 with 4 left, including Lukaku TC can still be a good week for me.
    Especially when this is only a build up to a BB DGW.

    Safe to say I've completely balled my team by playing my wild card. All my calculations counting for nothing. Replaced Alderweirde, Vardy, Özil with Coutinho, Sako, Gabriel, Jagielka, Mitrovic, Lingard, De Bruyne. 34 points, 39 total with 5 coming off the bench. Lukaku and Robles left. Anyone else having a bad day or just me?

        True. Thats all I can do but just given away a 100 point lead which is annoying. The next person in my money league is 52 points behind me now. On the bright side its all be thorough planning so hoping it pays off.

      I sold siggy, hennesy, vardy, williams, simpson...

      how do so many people fundamentally not understand DGW strategy? field a worse team that plays more games vs field a better team that plays less. don't complain the former strategy hasn't paid off until the games are over...

        Its the whole not being able to use WC &
        chip in same week. Thats cought a lot of teams out this week. I wdv left my team alone this week with city & leicster players & double up next week but by having to WC early iv lost about 40 points in my mini-league to non WC teams

          This is exactly right. If you could BB in a WC week then pretty much all of us would have WC'ed next week instead. I'm sure that over the next few weeks our WC teams will do better than the non-WC teams, 1 bad week doesn't make a season

      A non wildcarder but made some errors.

      Sold Toby for Sakho when i could have sold Williams instead. Would have gotten Toby's points off the bench and not Sakho's.
      Benched Alli for Firmino.
      Atleast i started Vardy and have Alli.

      Net 14 point loss. Now i totally get why i was so irritating when being happy about Vardy. It is frustrating.

            Yes, so far so good, I´d say. I´ve managed to pull together a GW34 team that I´m happy with, and I can´t really imagine a better TC candidate than Sanchez in GW34 (which of course does not guarantee success....)

      I worked out the difference of the team I would have played pre-wildcard.
      It would have ended up at 64 points my wildcard team will end up at 49 after subs are added.
      So surprisingly it is only a difference of 15 points.
      A Lukaku goal/assist and everton clean sheet might even it out?

      For those looking for the Klopp take on the Liverpool changes:

      Unsurprisingly he says this:

      Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: "Today, I'm really proud. We made changes and it was a completely new formation. I'm sure the players have never played together before in this line-up.

      On the new layout he says: Divock is still a young lad. We have to be patient. He can play together with Daniel.

      "There's absolutely no doubt about that. We hope it stays like this that we have two strikers available like this because we have a big number of games to go."

      Not totally clear but for me this suggests that as long as they are in Europe the premiership team will be the one we say today. If they lose to Dortmund I think we'll see full XI in the prem.

      The new team is due to the lack of promsie in the prem, and as it has worked it looks like Origi and Sturridge (at the cost of Coutinho) will play upfront.

      Townsend or Iwobi for the DGW?

      There's now way Iwobi Is going to play 3 games in 7 days (GW34 + 35) with Giroud, Campbell and Walcott all likely to get game time and Wengers unlikely to rest Ozil and Sanchez imo.

      That makes me think Townsend may be a better shout.
