Have we fallen hook, line and sinker? After taking a beating by a cast of talent sacrificed in our Gameweek 33 Wildcards, it certainly feels we’ve obliviously wandered over a trapdoor and slammed back down to earth.

We’re back up to full strength in the ScoutCast as Jonty, Andy and Luke join me to compare the bruises inflicted by our Gameweek 33 refresh. We endevour to remain optimistic, clinging to the hope that the Gameweek 34 bench boost chip will deliver and help us balm the damage from a disastrous weekend.

Judging by the line of questioning from the community, we’re not the only ones smarting. The four of us pick through your bout of queries, before looking ahead the weekend and the Gameweek that could yet revive our seasons.

This episode of the ScoutCast was first aired live on our YouTube channel on Wednesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get a heads up on future broadcasts.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Iwobi takes his attacking position so even if he does play it would probably be deeper

So, considering Delaney > Fosu-Mensah for a hit?

What do you guys think? I think Delaney certainly concedes in both games so might be worth the risk?

Surely Fosu-Mensah starts both? Lad's been brilliant.

    Robles, Mignolet
    Koscielny, Bellerin, Smalling, Rojo, Clyne
Ozil, De Bruyne, Antonio, Coutinho, Mahrez**
    Aguero, Lukaku, Rashford

2ft 0.4 ITB - 14 DGW players for Bench boost (plus Mahrez)

Option 1) Ozil and Rashford > Iwobi and Mitrovic

Leaving me with transfers to get 11 players playing next week and 3.3 ITB but still 14 DGW

    Option 2) Mahrez > Wijnaldum

Gives me 15 DGW players, 0.2 ITB and leaves me with 2 FT to sort out next Game Week fielding 11.

    Thoughts appreciated...

This wildcard is turning into an absolute disaster. Spurs and Leicester hammering us in 33 will probably do the same in 34. Players rested in 33 scoring goals in Europe and then rested again lmao crazy stuff 35 be lucky having 6 players before transfers.

HELP! Triple captain Sanchez or bench boost? Sanchez more likely to score than Leicester keeping a clean sheet according to Paddypower

    Mignolet
    Darmian, Bellerin, Gabriel

    Hennessey, Ayoze, Fuchs, Morgan

    GK De Gea Robles
DEF Simson, Sakho, Bellerin, Mangala, Ward
MID Barkley, Coutinhio, Lingard, Payet, Sanchez(c)
    FWD Lukaku, Aguero, Kane

    2 Free`s, happy to do a -4

What should I be looking at, totally at a loss. Barkley, Mangala, Sakho out? Or will Cout and Sakho play with a league game midweek and not Europa? Time to rid Cout, too risky with pool in the semis now?

    Thanks for any advice

BB team for GW34. 1FT which I will be saving.

    CECH/ Robles
    SAKHO/GABRIEL/Reid/Smalling/Delaney
    COUT/KDB/Lanzini/San(c)hez/Milner
    Aguero/Luk/martial

Obviously some rotational doubts in there, but I've come this far with the WC33 BB34 strategy so zero chance I'm backing out now.

No, Delaney will play 180 mins guaranteed. I don't expect much from him but if Fosu only plays one game it will be a failure as although it's a FT it leaves me having to take hits next week to get 11 out.
