    Just got home and seen the FPL results.....oh god. 65 points and I was sitting pretty. Now my rivals with Kane, Alli and Toby are on 80-105. The next three nights' football needs to be kind to me and my poor team.

    So it really was a terrible idea to Wildcard in 33 after all.

    Kane, Alli, etc racking up the points while Coutinho, Lukaku, etc. not even playing 2 games.

      It's a terrible result. Debatable whether it was a terrible idea. What if it was Kane and not Lukaku who got injured? What we are seeing is the most one sided outcome that was actually possible and we may still keep pace.

      I think shipping Kane was the hardest decision I've made this season and obviously I regret it. I don't think it was a bad decision to ship Alli and spurs defender for a double gameweekers though. Given all the same information I had at the time, I would do it again.

        Was always going to bring back two from Spurs and perhaps a Southampton player next week, Ideally not doing more than a -8, it really depends how the next 15 do rest of this week.

    Everytime I play Alli he generally blanks, when I bench him he scores.

        The difference being we don't rely on a Suarez type player. We've got a good unit now. Careful additions in the summer and we will do well again next season.

          I'm no Rodgers fan, however, he finished second in the most competitive PL season ever, check the total points for top 4 from 2013/14 and to this season. Scoring 101 goals. Suarez didn't score all of those. Spurs have had good fortune, as the big boys all under performed this season. Next season is the real test.
