Aguero a rotation risk with Real Madrid on Tuesday? Or an early sub at least?

You'd think so, right? It's not like Bony is incompetent of doing his job. I don't see Aguero sitting out a full 90 minutes in the league until a top 4 spot is guaranteed.

Could be a case of a rest and give him the last 15 or so.. Stoke another of these teams just hovering about mid table and nothing to play for do they even need Aguero to beat them..

Logic says with Origi out Klopp will rest Sturridge against Newcastle to save him for Villarreal, play Firmino up front and rest Coutinho. And play the reserve team.

On the other hand, Newcastle have everything to play for, and Klopp being a decent man won't favour Norwich and Sunderland by fielding a weakened team.

    1. Rhinos
      • 12 Years

Klopp can justify putting out kids thiough coz they won.
I think Liverpool will be stronger than we expect, there's 5 days inbetween, I think its the line up v Swansea that will be decimated

I'd say only DGW defenders are worth a hit at this stage. Not massively keen on Chelsea, so it's Sunderland or noone for me. PVA is a good long-term transfer but I wouldn't expect it to pay itself back this week.

If you have Kane and Aguero then you might be able to keep.

      Time to sort the forwards.

FWIW I think 8/10 of those will play (the 2 Pool players at risk). Gabriel should be in line to start with most of Sunderland's football being on the counter and the long ball in behind which won't suit Mert. Lukaku/Martial + Coutinho > Alli + Kane (C) is the obvious move to make there and the same one I'll be doing.

Or if you fancy a double punt then keep Cout and swap the 2 forwards for Kane and Defoe/Borini

I see hits and lots of them. Choose wisely.

Evening lads, had a decent week but can't but feel a bit deflated with only 22/30 starting, anyone on here manage to crack the double ton? Would love to see that someone's done it 🙂

          No way!

He's a nailed on proven goalscorer for a team with something to play for and has a DGW with no blank

Nah, I kinda fancy Borini tho for the double. Performs better at home. I got Defoe in on WC 2 weeks ago as I knew it was just a future transfer waiting to happen and I didn't fancy any other forwards at the time. I think it's very close between him and Borini tho (who has pens in his locker).

No big fonts of SOT attack right here - even for the 1GW punt vs Villa... People seem to prefer Defoe instead...
