Liverpool’s Divock Origi is set to miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury. Jose Fonte and Victor Wanyama have been passed fit for Southampton’s trip to Villa, Xherdan Shaqiri is ruled out of Stoke’s visit to City, whilst Chris Smalling has overcome a knock in time for United’s FA Cup semi-final with Everton.

Reports in the local press suggest the Divock Origi is ruled out for the season with the ankle injury sustained against Everton in midweek. The Liverpool striker will undergo further scans today to ascertain the likely length of absence.

Eddie Howe has confirmed that Harry Arter and Adam Smith will remain sidelined for the visit of Chelsea. The Bournemouth boss also indicated he will continue to ease Callum Wilson back into action after the striker was afforded a couple of sub appearances following his return from injury.

Jose Fonte and Victor Wanyama are available for Southampton’s trip to Villa after recovering from the knocks that forced both off in last week’s draw at Everton. Ronald Koeman has also confirmed that Charlie Austin remains unavailable though is close to returning from a knee problem.

Chris Smalling has shrugged off a knock picked up against Palace on Wednesday night and is available for United’s FA Cup semi-final against Everton. Adnan Januzaj remains unavailable due to a lack of match fitness.

Xherdan Shaqiri is ruled out of Stoke’s trip to the Etihad with the hamstring injury that forced him off during Monday’s loss at Spurs. Mark Hughes has revealed that Shay Given is likely to keep his place in goal, though Marc Wilson, Glen Johnson and Jon Walters are still sidelined.

Ramiro Funes Mori serves the first of a three-match ban for Everton’s FA Cup semi-final encounter against Man United. Earlier this morning, Roberto Martinez also confirmed that Gareth Barry, Phil Jagielka and John Stones are set for late assessments, though Seamus Coleman has failed to recover from a hamstring complaint.

Kieran Gibbs is a doubt for Arsenal’s trip to Sunderland after missing last night’s win over West Brom with a minor back problem.

    Team as is with 0.3itb

No GK - (DDG - Robles)
    Bellerin Simpson Sakho Gabriel Clichy
    Sanchez Payet KDB Milner Mahrez
    Kun Mitro Martial

    Best option?
    A) Matrial-Mitro-Clichy > Kane-Defoe-£4m def (-8)
    B) Martial - KDB > Kane - Alli (-4)
    C) something else?

Hmm, can you get Kane without losing KDB or taking a 8 pt hit? Like moving Payet or Milner for Alli?

Will check but doubt it as he's not 5.5m anymore 🙁 Also seems odd people dumping Payet when he has great fixtures coming.

          Can do...

          C) Martial- Payet > Kane - Townsend(6.1) -4

Currently 9 off top spot with TC to play. He has BB and WC.

    Darlow
    Bellerin. Sakho. Mangala.
    Sanchez. Iwobi. KDB. Alli.
    Kun. Kane. Mitrovic

I've already taken a -4 with getting Kane and Alli back so I now sit q3 behind top.

With Origi out injured should I go another -4 to bring Studge in for Mitrovic?

    Cheers

    A. Marital+Courtinho+Smalling > Kane+Alli+Rose (-8 Points)
    - Keeps me Payet for the DGW37

    B. Marital+Payet > Kane+Townsend (-4 Points)
    - Keeps me Courtinho&Smalling for the DGW37 (no Alli or Spurs def though)

I'm 0.3 short of Payet > Alli and Mitrovic > Kane, is this a blessing in disguise? Otherwise it'll be a -8 to make it work, maybe Rojo > PVA...

    Robles/Darlow
    Rojo Bellerin TFM Simpson Sahko
    Milner Sanchez Ozil Payet Lanzini
    Kun Sturridge Mitrovic

    What you do?

9 points behind leader. He has both Kane and Aguero like me. Whom to captain ? I am afraid of Kun mins but we know his potential.
Inclined towards Kane though. I have TC left do I play it now over Kane ?
    Any advice ?

Go for Kane. Form, fixture and title chasing desire. Aeguably he beats Aguero for all three.

Anyone considering Mahrez as captain this weekend? Huge differential. Might be pushed higher up due to Vardy missing?

    First time commenter here:

was forced to sell lukaku when i heard of his injury so im confused

    hart, (Robles)
    bellerin, fuchs, lovren (rojo, reid)
    sanchez, mahrez, coutinho, townsend (payet)
    welbeck, aguero, (martial)

should i sell martial for defoe with 1ft
    or
sell martial nd hart for studge nd darloi -4
sell martial nd hart for kane nd darloi for -4

would love to keep hart but with 1.6 itb, i have to do a downgrade.

    please help

I'd say Kane out of those options. But I also might go studge and then go Townsend > alli for the Spurs coverage.

Anyone fancy helping me out? Wildcard yet to be played and BB available:

    Hennessey / Butland

    Dier / Bellerin / Huth / Moreno / PVA

    Mahrez / Firmino / Nasri / Payet / Iwobi

    Aguero / Martial / Lukaku

Dreadful last gameweek ( Captained Martial - gives me shudders)

    Darlow (DDG)
    Koscielny, Bellerin, Moreno, Rose, Morgan
    Coutinho, Sanchez, Firmino (Lanzini, Payet)
    Martial, Kun, Vardy

    0.4 ITB
    So...
    A: Vardy to ... ?
B: Vardy and Coutinho to ...? (for a hit)

Have tried different options all day and nothing seems to like. Vardy to kane and coutinho to townsend is the last idea....

    Help appreciated!
