Please bear with me on this long post - I have closed the gap from 32 last week to 3 points for the last cash prize in my work ML - £100 up for grabs!

    Current team, 1FT 4.0 ITB:

    Darlow
    Bellerin Gabriel Smalling
    Hazard Ozil Payet Lennon
    Kane Deeney Carroll

    Robles Cresswell Simpson Coutinho

Now my rival only owns 2 players that I do (Smalling & Ozil) - problem is he has Sanchez.

    Would you rather:

    A) Ozil > Sanchez
    B) Coutinho > KdB and bench Carroll

I think you need to bring in Alexis by any means possible.

But Ozil > Alexis is a bit sideways. Try Coutinho instead... (you have £4m sitting there to do this

Let's say one owns Sturridge, Firmino & Andy Carroll... and has 2FTs...
Should one take a hit to get all three out, or just get two of these out?

Why Carroll? I have him and dont intend to sell, unless I have missed injury news?

Sturridge is also on my ship out list not sure to who though maybe Martial or Giroud

Because Carroll has trolled me since I've got him in. The other two are 100% out, but I wouldnt mind shipping AC to bring a more potent striker in his place (possibly Martial)

Gru is already on my hit list to bring in.

Does the below team have a chance of making the top 5,000 this GW, or should I add something else? I'm 15pts off at the moment.

Is Firmino -> Tadic for a -4 better than playing Lanzini? FT will be Ozil -> Sanchez.

Morning all, I’m looking for some ideas and opinions please. I’m currently 31 points behind a rival which I reckon might be too much at this stage unless I have a captain who plays a blinder. The obvious transfer this week appears to be Firmino for Sanchez and to make Sanchez captain. However, my rival has money in the bank too so I expect he’ll make the same transfer meaning there is little to gain from putting Sanchez in. We’ve both used all our chips. Below is our expected teams for this weekend, excluding transfers.

    Me:
    Lloris
    Gabriel, Smalling, Moreno
    Ozil, Barkley, Townsend, Payet
    Lukaku, Kane, Carroll

    Subs: Hennessey, Cresswell, Firmino, Simpson
    Rival:
    Mignolet
    Gabriel, Alderweireld, Bennett
    Mahrez, Arnautovic, Firmino, Payet
    Aguero, Kane, Rashford

    Subs: Hennessey, Noble, Huth, Targett

I think that it's possible he won't have a GK as expect both Mignolet & Hennessey to be rested. I expect Moreno won't play either for me but have Cresswell on bench to come in.

I think my transfer options are:

    1. Firmino > Sanchez
    2. Giroud > Carroll & Tadic > Firmino (-4 points)
    3. Other suggestions?

    Lloris
    Clyne* Smalling PVA
    Hazard Sanchez Payet Mahrez
    Sturridge* Carroll Defoe

    Hennessey Firmino* Otamendi Reid

    Best moves here? Chasing 16points

    De Gea, Robles*
    Alderweireld, Kaboul, Monreal, Daniels*, Huth*
    Sanchez, Hazard, Antonio, Mahrez, Lennon*

Tadic is getting a lot of love and rightly so...

I think Martial will put B'mouth to sleep this weekend imo.

Long is too much of a risk for me.

      Thanks all!

Yeah from what I have seen Mane is twice the player Tadic is but there is a lot of love for him on this site.

So if I stay away from Long then my options are below:

      Carroll > Martial/Vardy
      Willian > Tadic/Mane

80 points clear in my mini league for big money and out of the above all they have is Vardy!

    De Gea (Darlow)
    PVA Gabriel Cresswell (Clyne, Simpson)
Payet Hazard Firmino Sanchez (c) (Noble)
    Sturridge Kane Martial

I already used my FT to bring Sanchez in. Im 23 points ahead in my ML but I will probably take a hit as I think that none of my LIV Players will Play.

    Any suggestions? Firmino -> Tadic/Mane?

Reid. Not sure we can be certain PVA will even start. Sunderland have nothing to play for so heavy rotation could be on the cards.

This is what is causing me doubt and why I've put the question out there.

Had Sunderland not clinched safety last night, my mind would be made up.

Barkley (NOR) to Tadic (CPL) worth a hit or just play Barkley?
