With just eight teams remaining in the Euro 2016 tournament, we bring you news of a DraftKings offer that’s exclusive to readers of Fantasy Football Scout.

If you’ve yet to register with DraftKings, they’re offering the opportunity of free entry to an upcoming contest for the quarter-finals, which get underway on Thursday, June 30.

Providing you sign up via this link before 4pm on Thursday, your account will be credited with $3 by 6pm that day.

Players should then use the credit amount to enter the “EUROS $13k Striker” contest on Thursday.

This contest starts at 8pm Thursday and takes in the Thursday and Friday fixtures of the quarter-finals, which incorporates both Poland’s encounter against Portugal and Wales’ clash with Belgium the following day.

If you’re new to DraftKings, we published a selection guide earlier this summer which should help in assembling your eight-man squads for the upcoming competition.

We’ll also be rolling out our player picks for the Thursday contest tomorrow afternoon to offer further assistance.

    So how much do you trust Belgium to advance? Because the three versions that I am currently contemplating are:

    A: Vertonghen, Grosicki, Lukaku (5 Belgians)
    B: Vertonghen, Özil, Milik (4 Belgians)
    C: Guerreiro, Grosicki, Bale (3 Belgians and a Welsh)

    So obviously, if Belgium cruises, I am best off with A, but if they are out, I only have a chance with C as with A and B I won't have enough free transfers. I already cover all defenses except Iceland, so Vertonghen and Guerreiro would be doubling up on Belgium or Portugal. I already have Kroos so I can only get Grosicki for 7 as I don't want too many Germans either.

          Sure, not contesting that. But very understandably the guy doesn't want to go just anywhere.

          That said, with Cabaye in midfield to distribute the ball, Batshuayi would add the needed CF to that super pacy attack to make a potentially very efficient counterattacking team that could surprise in PL. They're also trying to get Mandanda on goal.

Although Lukaku has never been nailed on for the full 100% after that Italy game, so maybe this will be the time he will be dropped 😀 If he gives anything away in the press I'll let you know
