The current lull in Euro 2016 action allows us to focus on domestic matters once again as we roll out the first in a series of pre-season members articles that evaluate the performance levels of each individual team over the 2015/16 campaign.

Kicking off with Arsenal, we analyse the team data to get a perspective on their season in comparison to 2014/15 in a bid to spot trends and improvements. We then focus on their squad, assessing goal threat and creativity for all the key individuals in a bid to put some priority on potential targets for the forthcoming campaign.

Not sure at all but all I know is I reckon Portugal will have a better chance v Wales than France againsy Germany, imo.

Regarding line ups - France are fairly straight forward. Wales and Portugal we will be able to see. So what's the thinking of what the Germany line up may be?

            France Wales

            France France Portugal Germany Germany
            France Wales Portugal

            France 6
            Wales 3
            Germany 3
            Portugal 3

This is me now. Maybe i should go 1 France defender -> German Defender?

Draxler will start instead of Kimmich i believe.

But on the other hand. If you have 6 players on MD 1 and 9 on MD2.

The probability of that you wont need to swap in ALL of your players for MD 2, and you have line-ups, you can just choose not to sub in Drax if he doesent start.

Chester gets up for corners and receives bonus points for blocks (two six pointers for me so far) ... but more importantly is a budget priced playing enabler

Don't be duped by the goals that Ash and Tayls have scored, they rarely score - Chester is a 1 in 10 scorer, Ash 1 in 20 and Tayls 1 in 30 having not scored for Swansea in 139 league games lol

Still a very good research u did there.

In this tournament a few wales matches back, I've seen taylor played Oop and had a few chance to get 1 on 1 vs opposition keeper..
Maybe their formation allows him to get some chance tonight

Taylor is playing wing back for Wales and gets forward well but does not overlap and go to the bye-line and tends to cut in and lay off. He plays with a winger at Swansea who gets the points. Actually a better punt is Gunter who does push on and get crosses and assists

Is that if France and Wales/Portugal is out i will only have 6 players. I will of course be able to transfer out 6 of the non-playing 9 to form a 12player team. And that is all that is needed for the final.

If you own all 3, just wait for lineups and start Taylor/Guerreiro so you can sub Rami on tomorrow.

If you want to bring in one of them, I'd go Guerreiro if he's starting, if not then Taylor.

Some on the starting XI's at least on paper for this coming season are frighteningly good, mostly in an attacking sense.

I seem to remember a hole bunch of 0-0 at half time games last season, do we think the added injection of quality will make this one of the highest scoring seasons ever? I certainly hope so!

So what is the strategy ?

Pick 2 keepers from the same game to ensure one progresses ?

Generally back the France - Germany game in the same manner with a spattering of Wales/Portugal essentials to fill the gaps ?

Use transfers in the final to add Wales/Portugal assets to flavour the dish ?

I'm stuck with Hennessey and Patricio but I'd go for a keeper from the other game if I had the option.

I'm backing Germany/France more in terms of attacking players and Wales/Portugal more in terms of defenders, as I think that game will be lower scoring (with the exception of Bale and Ronaldo of course).

      Bookies is favouring:
France to beat Germany 2.20 vs 4.00
Portugal to beat France 2.80 vs 3.00

      France to keep CS: 2,62
      Germany to keep CS: 2,75

      Portugal to keep CS: 2.25

Yeah, same here - mainly to support the site 🙂

I make good use of the ticker but really haven't gotten into the other tools. Maybe this is the season to change that.

Personally, I try to combine some stats and watch a lot of games.

Yeah thats true, I also use the ticker a good bit..
Funny when I see lads in work writing out tickers most fridays for the weeks ahead!!

This season I might get involved more with the stats and as you said - watch more football!

I dont really use anything other than read the articles and forum - I just pay as £12.50 seems fair for the effort that goes in.

      Tinkering with WC

Taylor to Chester so I can do Rami to Sagna is enough isnt it..
Fearing Rami will be on bench, unlikely but just want guaranteed starters

So I am 30 points clear in my ML
Second has captained Ronaldo pretty much every week so I have put him in, do I captain him or go with my gut Bale? Now that Pepe is out?

Sure this question has been asked already but can't see it.

Stick with captain armband on Ronaldo generating 16 points or gamble on Griezeman, Pogba or Payet?

Decent points and all the players you mention are French.
