O'Hara or Jarvis? Thinking Jarvis, just based on form although O'Hara definitely shoots more and should score more...

Have a similar issue where i need a midfielder for up to 6.3m. I'm tempted by O'Hara or Cabaye

      Same here.

The overwhelming advice for me has been to go for Jarvis.

      But honesty, I think it's a coin-flip.

Bought Nani in for a 4 point hit just now xD

    Front 6 is now:

    Silva Nani Bale

    Rooney RVP Adebayor

Hopefully this doesn't back fire and I catch up my rivals.

Nani = 1 point every 13 minutes of game time.

Mata = 1 point every 13.4 minutes of game time.

Not bad considering Nani isn't on form*

*at least most would have said that pre-Wolves.

Yesterday did help mind you. But even before yesterdays game Nani's minutes per point wasn't that much higher than Mata's and like I said, if you ask anyone Mata is the man on form.

Nani has done well, and he didn't even score that highly in the 8-2 win.

I was in a similar situation. In the end I just VDV > Nani, keeping Ramsey & Drenthe, as there was no-one that I wanted that warranted keeping VDV. Considered so many 5m mids too.

    Vorm Krul
    Kompany Enrique Brown Simpson NTaylor
    Silva Nani Bale Ramsey Sinclair
    RVP Adebayor Sturridge
After VDV>Nani - wanted Manchester United coverage and get VDV for free versus 0.5 hit for Bale
Could get more Manchester United coverage with 8 point hit
Ramsey Adebayor > Moses Rooney but Nani probably okay for now

Upgrading Dyer instead of upgrading Ferguson?

Unless you're not worried about christmas rotation/cancellations atall, but even so, ferguson's not a great pick for the xmas period.

And you never know with Brown, MON could shore up sunderland's defence, he's not necessarily a bad pick.

I guess you can't afford Larsson if you're upgrading Ferguson, i'm not too sure what to suggest instead

Anyone think The Drog might be a good shout? kinda looked pretty good against Valencia and AVB has stuck with him through his lean patch. If he's getting back to his best he's as good as most and 10.1 seems very tempting

I don't know about him long term, I really don't think he'll leave Torres on the bench for the next 4/5 games, he's gonna need him confident and happy when drog goes to ACON. Not for me but ya never know

maybe walters?...shakey fixtures. etherington is back in form, and larsson is probably the best threat for sunderland.

Thoughts on these transfers for an 8pt hit.

    Santos>Baines
    Bale>Mata
    Sess>Gower.

    Would leave my team as

    Howard
    Baines, Jones, Simpson(McAuley, Wilkinson)
    VDV, Silva, Mata, Gower(Pilks)
    RVP, Welbeck, Ba
