      Depends what you got him at. I got him at 9.9, so as long as he doesnt drop .3 this week I wont lose anything overall. Sure, I wont make the value, but Ive already missed peak selling point. A brace against Sunderland and it will be all aboard again. Keep the faith.

        I got him at 9,7- so im a t 9,9 now and tomorrow it will be 9,8, and Nani is 9,9 now and tomorrow will be 10 😀
        I have 0 in the bank- but may want Mata since I have Rooney- my head is hurting. GD damn VDV- why did he not take that damn PEN.

    Yep. Absolutely shocking. I know fans can be fickle and prone to exageration but i cant honestly think of a worse performance in the last five years. The result i can take, Bournemouth played well to be fair, but the lack of ambition and heart was very worrying.

      I thought Bournemouth would be up for it after the playoff game, they seem to have turned it around after an abject start. Sounded like we were hoofing it to Parkin again. We did that at Charlton, and it just doesnt work. We dont seem to do it at Lee, think we've missed him more than some people might think.

Sick of having all the same players as the guy directly above me so want to freshen things up a bit; only real difference currently is that I have VDV and he has Mata. Bearing in mind we both also have Adebayor and Bale, I'm considering:

A) VDV to Nani

B) Larsson to Nani, Adebayor to Sturridge

Option B gives me some Chelsea coverage and keeps VDV, so if anything favouring that, despite the hit.
Would be very grateful for any comments, guys.

  Bear in mind your rival is probably considering Nani too.
  
  Be patient with your team, I've had a similar team to my rival for ages but slowly we've started to differentiate and so far this week I've closed a 40 point gap to just 10. Still hard to overtake him but be patient and don't try to get too many differentials in at once.
  
  VDV to Nani seems a pretty popular choice though, don't see TOO much wrong with it.
  
  Don't like option B with Adebayor scoring well. Then again, Sturridge does have Wigan.

    Cheers for the advice, yeah it's really frustrating, been about 10-20 behind him for weeks now! VDV to Nani does seem the safer option but I'm pretty scared of Chelsea hitting Wigan pretty hard, and falling further behind off his one differential!

What transfer should I make? Got 0.4 in the bank, team below.

Vorm (krul)
Jones, Enrique, vermaelen (monk, RTaylor)
Nani, bale, silva, walters (dyer)
Rvp, ba, adebayor

Thinking about caulker/shotton and rooney in for vermaelen and adebayor, or Mata shotton in for walters and monk.

Also thinking about cerny in for krul to free up some funds?

  Kenny is set to return acc to one link yesterday. I've transferred Cerny out fro Krul. I'd stick with the gks you have as they rotate well and NEW have some nice fix to boot.

  I think you should keep hold of Ade and Verm as both on form. Wouldn't rush for Rooney as you have Nani for United cover.

  I've had Nani since gameweek 1! Best midfielder in FPL I say.

I think people are to quick to conclude that VDV is off penalties. Maybe Ade asked if he could take it or VDV just gave it to him. VDV is a greedy player and love to score goals. I will not be surprised to see him take the next one.

      Thats exactly what i'm trying to get at. He wasn't fit, so as with any player you leave him out of the squad till fully recovered. Under advice from the medical staff thats what they recommended weeks ago.

Hi Jafalad, this is my dilemma about regarding strategy,
If stick to my long termish plan then it’s
A) Ramsey & Brown > Jagielka & Jarvis (was O’hara)
or knee jerk for 4 pt hit
B) Ramsey, Brown & Dzeko > Nani Fletcher & Heitinga.
but I've come up with
C) Silva & Ramsey > Yaya & Nani.
Any comforting words or wisdom?

        Yay... B) is the one I DON"T want to do, the choice between the other 2 is the safe long term plan or downgrading Silve to get Nani now, I'd probably be looking at him in 3/4 gw's but if his price starts to rocket that may be difficult, 1st real big dilemma of the season for me.

  I have them both but I think ur right about clean sheets being more difficult to come by. United will create plenty chances in the next bunch of fixtures and Welbeck will play. He looked lively yesterday and was close to getting onto the ball which Nani scored from. Welbeck B4 Jones for sure.
