Romelu Lukaku is set to return to full training ahead of Everton’s clash with Bournemouth. Olivier Giroud remains doubtful as Arsenal host Chelsea, whilst Daniel Sturridge is a slight concern for Liverpool’s Anfield encounter with Hull.

Here’s the team news so far…

Olivier Giroud faces a late test on his ongoing toe complaint ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Chelsea. Arsene Wenger has also conceded that Aaron Ramsey looks set to remain sidelined until after the international break.

Adam Lallana and Georginio Wijnaldum are available for Liverpool’s home match with Hull after both were left out of the midweek trip to Derby as precautionary measures. Jurgen Klopp revealed Daniel Sturridge “should” be available after missing three days’ training, whilst Joe Gomez has stepped up his recovery from injury but is not yet fit for selection.

Xherdan Shaqiri has stepped up his recovery by returning to training ahead of Stoke’s clash with West Brom. Mark Hughes confirmed the Swiss international will be assessed after being sidelined since Gameweek 1. Jon Walters is a doubt for tomorrow after missing the midweek cup loss to Hull due to an ankle problem.

Middlesbrough pair Christhian Stuani and Jordan Rhodes have both recovered from minor injuries and are available to face Spurs at the Riverside.

Kasper Schmeichel has recovered from concussion but remains a minor doubt for Leicester’s trip to United with a muscle problem. Nampalys Mendy and Matty James are still sidelined and Marcin Wasilewski is suspended after being dismissed in the midweek cup loss to Chelsea.

Winston Reid has been passed fit by the West Ham medics ahead of Sunday’s encounter with Southampton.

Scott Dann has been ruled out of Palace’s clash with Sunderland, with Alan Pardew revealing he could also miss the Gameweek 7 encounter against Everton. James Tomkins is available, though, after recovering from the knee problem that forced him off against Stoke on Sunday.

Ronald Koeman expects Romelu Lukaku to return to full training today ahead of Everton’s clash with Bournemouth. The Belgian has stepped up his recovery from the toe injury that forced him off in the home win over ‘Boro. James McCarthy and Darron Gibson should return in around three weeks.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

Evans - a bit injury prone and not exciting but WBA keep clean sheets
      Robertson - great fixtures
Koné - also nice fixtures, especially next 2

Apart from that it's Francis, Kelly, then Middlesborough and Burnley have a few, but the fixtures aren't so great for these teams.

Think this sums it up very well - should also mention Barragan who is pretty attacking at gets bonus points. Might have to go Kelly to save the £0.1 though!

Nothing personal. Just trying to make room for Aguero and some hot 8m mids who are producing at similar levels. Team values are not high enough to have them all.

Well i suppose what I'm getting at is I just don't rate his quality that highly. Hes very wasteful. He does seemt o be improving though. But I prefer Firmino as a footballer, hes more clinical and more skilled in his passing imo. As for Mane I just like how he can pop up with hatricks for fun, he excites me more

(Bottomed) Looking ahead, am I mad in contemplating a Hull defensive double up in the form of Jakupovic in goal and Davies in defence?

Pros: from GW8 to GW15 their fixtures look very good in terms of defensive returns. Curtis Davies is a CBI beast so when they do get clean sheets he has a very good chance of bonus. At 9.0 million I think this combo offers good value as well.

Cons: Hull have conceded the most shots in the box out of any team so far this season. Third worst when it comes to big chances conceded.

Ok, done tinkering with my WC. Going boating soon and wont be back until after the deadline.
Here's my lineup. Pretty template but aiming to win my mini league before anything else.

    Pick / Jak
    Walker / Baines / Lovren
    Sanches / Sterling / Firmino / Antonio
    Kun (C) / Kaku / Rashford

Subs: Holebas / Fletcher / Amat

    Any last minute suggestions?

It was between Coleman + Deeney or Baines + Rashford. The latter would be safer but I'm hoping Rashford starts and Baines has pens.

Yep pens is big for Baines and set pieces too. Also think Rashford will be nailed on to start now Jose needs goals/wins plus his pace. Think its a gamble that could pay off well for us.

    ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC

    Great underlying stats
Plays for a top 4 team
One of the top scorers in the league
Literally more than half of the (almost) 4m FPL players own him
Popular captain choice even when Aguero is playing
    Penalties
    Free-kicks

Theres no doubt hes a great pick. But he costs loads. And theres other strikers that could keep pace for cheaper, allowing big hitters in the mid which combined could generate more points overall

Someone actually making good points instead of trying to take digs and get upvotes to make them feel relevant? Didn't expect that

I think your point is where the ownership thing comes into play. You're relying on your pick to score the same as Ibra just to even keep pace. We have different outlooks. Yours is more oriented around points, mine is rank

              I don't understand.

The point I'm trying to make is that playing for a high points score and playing for a high rank are surely the exact same thing. You get a high score week in week out and you get a high rank in the end, no?

I have Kun - ill never (c) ibra whilst i have Kun... so i can't justify the price, regardless of the scary ownership aspect.

Next week Ibra has Stoke at home and Kun is away at Spurs. I reckon I'll be giving the armband to Zlatan tbh.

Going Jaku + Pickford would allow me Walker + Baines. Or downgrade one for Foster?

    Jaku / Pickford
    Walker / Baines / Smith / Amat / Love
    KDB / Firmino / Antonio / Snodgrass / Capoue
    Aguero / Lukaku / Costa

Really not sure between Sterling and firmino.
