Leicester stopper Kasper Schmeichel is ruled out with a hand injury. Theo Walcott is pictured back in training ahead of the north London derby, West Brom’s Nacer Chadli is sidelined with a knee problem, whilst Man United have worries over Paul Pogba for Sunday’s visit to Swansea.

Claudio Ranieri revealed that Kasper Schmeichel could be out for anything between two and seven weeks with a hand injury. The Foxes boss also confirmed that Islam Slimani is expected to be available for the home match against West Brom, though Nampalys Mendy and Ben Chilwell miss out again.

In yesterday morning’s press conference, Arsene Wenger indicated Arsenal still have a number of injury doubts for the north London derby. The Gunners boss said Theo Walcott “is the closest to coming back” and was also optimistic on Hector Bellerin’s prospects, with Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal set to face late tests. Kieran Gibbs is also a concern after sustaining a shoulder problem in midweek. Later in the day, however, Walcott, Bellerin and Monreal were all pictured back in full training.

James Milner has recovered from the illness that forced him to miss last week’s trip to Palace and is available for Liverpool’s home clash with Watford.

Martin de Roon and Christhian Stuani are both passed fit for Middlesbrough’s trip to the Etihad. Daniel Ayala remains a slight doubt, whilst Gaston Ramirez serves a one-match ban.

Mark Hughes has admitted that Xherdan Shaqiri is “touch and go” for Stoke’s trip to West Ham – the Swiss international has failed to train all week after limping out of Monday’s win over Swansea with a hamstring problem. The Potters boss was even more pessimistic on the chances of Geoff Cameron, with the US international expected to miss out.

Maarten Stekelenburg has recovered from a foot problem in time for Everton’s trip to Chelsea. Idrissa Gueye is set to serve a one-match ban, whilst Leighton Baines and James McCarthy are still unavailable. Arouna Kone is back in training but lacks match fitness.

Mike Phelan sprung a surprise earlier this morning by confirming that Robert Snodgrass has returned to training earlier than expected from an ankle complaint, though is still a big doubt for the weekend visit of Southampton. The Tigers manager also revealed that Dieumerci Mbokani is in contention after recovering from an injury sustained in the previous international break.

Steven Defour is available for Burnley’s home clash with Palace after shrugging off a hamstring injury. Stephen Ward misses out, though, after being forced off last week with a similar complaint.

Jefferson Montero is available for Swansea’s clash with Man United after recovering from an ankle problem. Kyle Naughton is expected to be available after being forced off due to illness on Monday night.

Nacer Chadli has been ruled out of West Brom’s trip to the King Power after undergoing minor knee surgery. Tony Pulis reckons the Belgian could return in time for the Gameweek 12 clash against Burnley, though. James McClean sits out this one due to suspension.

Sebastian Prodl faces a late assessment but is expected to miss Watford’s trip to Anfield with the groin problem that forced him off against Hull. Stefano Okaka is another who is near-certain to be sidelined, whilst Craig Cathcart, Isaac Success and Kenedy are still out.

Winston Reid serves a one-match suspension as West Ham travel to Stoke. Youngster Reece Oxford is set for a stint on the sidelines due to an ankle problem.

Alan Pardew has confirmed that Bakary Sako is a doubt for Palace’s trip to Burnley. Connor Wickham is back in contention after shrugging off a knock.

Paul Pogba is an early doubt for United’s trip to Swansea after limping out of last night’s loss to Fenerbahce with a thigh injury.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

    Repost.

Hey guys, play Holebas (liv) or Pieters (whu)?

Have Liverpool attackers but no West Ham so leaning a bit towards Pieters. Right call?

    Cheers

Playstation is better graphically in almost every game - Whether you'd notice it or not is a different thing though.

Xbox's online experience overall is better I think

Xbox's controller a lot better (For me personally)

Both cost about the same now for online membership..

Depends what games you're interested in too - If you like the look of Halo, Forza, Gears Of War then Xbox - Playstation has a lot of it's own exclusives (Uncharted, Last Of Us etc)..

    Hi, Guys! Need advice, please..
    Grant, Pickford
    Valencia, Vertonghen, Morgan, Smith, Amat
    Sanchez, Capoue, Coutinho, Son, Snodgrass
    Lukaku, Aguero, Deeney

Early -4 hit for Valencia > Stones, Snodgrass > Allen.
Now, im thinking about Son > Firmino for -8 Hit. Is that worth?
    Thanks

Personally, a -4 hit is enough for this week.

3-4-3 with Vertonghen, Amat & Capoue being your subs. Vertonghen 1st.

A -8 hit would be too much to play catch up with in my opinion.

Yes, they are a concern and will probably need to be addressed next gameweek, bar any other issues...

...But I believe you could live with Son in your line-up for this weekend and I'm fairly sure he will start on Sunday.

I would say it's still too soon for Kane to play from the whistle, if that's your thinking.

Repost from bottom of last article:

Middlesbrough might have conceded few chances, but besides Arsenal have they really faced an attacking unit like City as yet?

I'd argue that besides Arsenal and Everton (who they conceded 3 to), Middlesbrough have yet to face any other teams with an inform attack.

They've also had a kind run of fixtures whereby they've played teams either known for creating few chances, or teams that were missing key attacking players.

I would have little concerns about captaining Kun this gw fwiw.

The points are in attack. You need another gun in m/f probably for Redmond. Go cheap in defense. 1 * 5.5 or 5.0 then 2 * 4.5 to 5.0 range, 1 * 4.0 to 4.5 range & keep Kingsley as your cheap defender.

What's the average TV/SV do we reckon:

104/102.1 here which I reckon is bang average.

That is below average I think. Pretty poor actually.

TV 101.3 and inside top 18k, no WC or chips used.
Irrelevant, it's all about shrewd changes and Capt picks.

He Guys, can you agree with te following transfers?

        Cech | (Jakupovic)
        Koscielny | Holebas | Evans / Francis | (Amat)
        Hazard | Lallana * | Shaqiri * | Walcott * | (Capoue)
        Austin | Aguero | Lukaku

Take the * out and replace with Sanchez, Allen and Moses.

I'm thinking Allen wil be able to even the points of Shaqiri who's injured anyway.
I'm thinking Sanchez will outscore Walcott here.
I know I'm now losing a Liverpool mid, but for 5.5 that's left in my pocket I think Moses is the best pick.

        Your thoughts?

I'm sure there are worse teams than MID...save it for DGW later at the end of the season
