Swiss Euro Cup Champions Captain, I'm available to join any team 🙂

Hi guys I really want to play this tournament. I would be really happy if any one of the 24 captains selects me. I will say briefly about myself here:

I started playing FPL in 2011 and I got 26k rank in my very first season. My second season was a bit down with a rank of 215k. I left midway through my third season as my board exams were round the corner. Then I took a three year break as I had other commitments and I was preparing for my medical entrance.
Now I am back so I am hungrier than ever! I have got a medical seat and hopefully in a few years I will graduate as a doctor!
Currently my rank is 275k this season but my biggest falls have come before I used my wildcard. After I used my wildcard in GW 6 I have been seeing only green arrows (except once). I look destined to get further great returns.
I correctly predicted and posted a hot topic saying that Sanchez will start post internationals in GW 8. Utkarsh Dalmia who is ranked 6th in HOF is my friend.

I just want to say a big thank you to Jarvish, Baby B, Ziro, Cheese and Adam West for organizing this tournament. Having been part of the FIFFSA organizing committee last season, I know just how much hard work they are to arrange. Thank you for your efforts!

Including organisers and captains there are 144 places available for this tournament. If you think at how many people applied for the FFS cup it is going to be impossible to please everyone.

As a captain I recruited people who I have spoken with regularly over the years. These are people who I can trust in submitting with transfers and captain choices. There will be lots of captains who are looking to strengthen your team, I can only advise you get you a grav and message the captain when you see them online.

Putting together a tournament like this is a difficult job so hats off to the organisers

According to the rules, the squad players were supposed to be recruited after the official announcement of the captains i.e. after this new article was posted. But today I came to know that some of the captains were inviting the players in the first article of this tournament - before this new article was posted. There was supposed to be a spreadsheet for the non-captain players from which the captains can choose their players. It is okay if I am not selected but the fact that the rules are not being followed doesn't make me happy. I was unaware that recruitments were going on in the first article. I would like to have an answer especially from the organizers. Please correct me if I have said anything wrong. No bad feelings 🙂 but i would like to get this sorted out so that the other players are not affected.

Is there any captain that would have me in their team?

Just to clarify

I actively started looking for players on FFS once I knew I was appointed as a C. Got about 18-20 mails from which I selected 3.
Asked a few players I personally wanted in the team on Twitter.
Don't feel I have broken any rules regarding team selection.

I can cook if anybody wants me on their team 😉

GothenburgSaint. Not much is known about the Goth or is that Saint? but that could work to our advantage, a relative newcomer to the game by his own admission but looks to be a quick learner if his current rank are anything to go by

I'm still looking for a team. My performance record is OK (26K, 4.8K and 10.2K so far this year - FPL ID 75299), but from reading the threads it is clear that evidence of commitment and willingness to engage is even more important. This is why this tournament appeals to me, but as a relative newbie to FFS I have to ask for this to be taken on trust. For me it isn't just about points I have made some good friends through these kind of tournaments and I expect some chat. This may not be for everyone, all of the captains will be looking for more players now so make sure you choose the right one for you.
