Turn down the lights and join hands. If we’re actually going to sell a fit Sergio Aguero, we’re doing this together. If we go down, we go down together.

With 31 goals in his last 33 Premier League starts, the fear attached to shedding the Manchester City is so great, we all need support before we can commit to packing his bags.

And so, a pact is drawn up in this week’s ScoutCast, as Granville, Jonty, Andy and myself swear to approach the current dilemma unified and as one.

Let’s see if we can actually go through with it.

Aguero and the Harry Kane alternative dominate much of this week’s discussion.

However, we still find time to sample your Gameweeks in “Rough with the Smooth” and tackle some of your other topics raised, including Gylfi Sigurdsson’s rising star, looming rotation risks, while also offering our views on how struggling managers can find motivation for the rest of the season.

The four of us can certainly offer a wealth of experience on that particular subject.

This episode of the ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

    Struggling with my starting defence:

    Pickford(liv) - Foster(hul)
    Fuchs(MID) - Pieters(wat) - Holebas(STO) - Amat(CRY) - Evans(hul)

Currently on: Foster; Fuchs, Holebas, Amat. Thoughts?

Double paid off last Monday but WBA double defensive owners had waited a looooong time for that, sometimes you gotta know when to cash out.
(I hear the "it's the start of a Pulis CS run too.... but Palace ain't a bad fixture either firvthe swans)

I think that's about right, except I'd just about prefer Evans to Amat. Despite their bad form, Palace are reasonably capable of scoring goals away from home (Benteke and Townsend are always a threat), swansea can't seem to keep a clean sheet, and west brom are pretty good defensively/hull struggling to score.

If you had to put together a rotateless team for Christmas, or largely rotation free, who would it be ?...and with good fixtures of course

    Heaton

    Valencia Alonso Clyne/Lovren

    Siggy Firmino Coutinho Hazard

    Costa Ibra/Kane Fixtures

Would really appriciate some help... I bought Moses 2 gameweeks ago... It was a last sec decision - didn't have much time to analise and wasn't even aware position he plays... It didn't take long to notice he is on reverse OOP. On the other hand he was inches away from scoring both vs Everton and Middlesbrough... What do you reckon? Should I sell or keep the little fella? His price tag is reall tasty, but having a fullback (even if it's in 5 backline) as 4th midfielder doesn't seem right...

From what I've read, Man United played well yesterday but it was Mkhitaryan and Rooney that stood out, perhaps Mata too.

Ibra missed another shot he should have stuck away and generally was more linking up play than a threat on goal.

This is only bits and pieces I've read from generally good sources on Twitter last night. Has me a little worried about bringing him in...

Thats kind of worrying, yeah. Im happy hes at least getting into thr chances, hes still a class player that should put those in. Still, might skil him altogether and go straight into Kane, Im going to want him for Swansea and he has a great scoring record in London derbirs.

        Thanks Andy for the news.

Ibra was coming very deep and linking play he gave the ball away quite a few times as well the players around him stood out Miki Rooney Mata even Pogba I thought I personally wouldn't get him (and I'm a United fan). But united are starting to play better (much better going forward) so he will get chances and could pay off I suppose

I was close to doing Walker/Luk - Cedric/Costa earlier, but having second thoughts. Any advice on this, or should I be looking to upgrade a keeper, or Carrick? SO indecisive.

      Probably Pickford.

Both will likely concede, but Coutinho takes a lot of long shots, Aguero is a much better finisher than Firmino, Mane is a pretty poor finisher. More save points for Pickford.

No idea. I suspect one will end up with 4 pts for saves and one will end up with -1 because they'll both get thumped. It's a guess.

Getting rid of Ibra has actually caused me more of a headache than keeping.

I'd actually have been 1 point better off than when I brought in Kane. I'd also have him for the fixture I want him this week while still having Aguero. That would have allowed me to bring in Kane v Swansea (although he does have a good record in London derbies).
