For the first time in the league this season, Yossi Benayoun is named in the starting eleven for the home side, whilst the visitors – playing with a lone striker today – hand a Premier League debut to 18-year-old winger Anthony Forde.

      Dont know, I just know that ill go Rooney C over him. Man United look twice the team. If both play id prefer having Roon. Roon had as much chance to score in 20 minutes than RVP with entire game. And if Berba would not had the hat trick coming, Roon would have delivered the points too.

        If he is benched, then combined with swansea/fulham away and united after that, I'd much rather have Rooney for the short term.

      Tough call.

      I can't see Roon going back to MF after the way we've been playing and scoring with him back upfront.

      The major worry in the short term is our horrific injury situation in DF will force him back into MF until Evans & Smalling are back

        I agree he doesn't offer that much in the middle and United will need his goals. Suppose injuries at the back will dictate if he needs to drop back especially with Hernandez, Welbeck & Berbatov to play up top.

    Worried about Spurs CS with Holt/Morison up against Gallas/Kaboul. Not sure why Droopy doesn't want to push Walker forward with his pace, could easily slide Sandro/Kaboul/Gallas in at RB.
