    lads, can someone answer this query.

    Rival played a 3-4-3 fornation with Jones at the back,

    His subs order was Pilkington, Simpson, taylor.

    Jones didnt play so will Pilkington or Simpson come in for Jones?

    Is a 2-5-3 formation valid with automatic substitutions?

      simpson will come in as u need 3 defenders in ur starting(scoring) line-up...this is as per the rules...u can play in any formation that u want provided u have a minimum of 1 goalkeeper, 3 defenders and 1 forward in the starting(scoring) 11

      Similar to me 42 with simpson off bench and bonus to come. Didn't think I'd hit the 50 mark this week. On the downside I'm out of the cup and my main rival has r.taylot coming off the bench (who was his 3rd sub!) and captancy switching from welbeck to demba ba, jammy git!!

    Want to get some Stoke defence coverage in this GW and don't know what to do.

    It's either bring in Sorensen for Vorm as Vorm's fixtures are looking more difficult for quite a while or..

    Bring in Shotton for J Evans, who's injured as far as I can see?

      I bought evans instead of shotton this gw so that backfired. Have sorenson so gonna keep it at that until WC then prob bring shotton in as well if he keeps his place.

        I worry that he may get rotated with Pennant though, but hes only 4m, so cant be too bad. Plus great fixtures.

        Problem being though, waste of money if you play him and he only plays 50 mins

        I'd say unless you haven't got any other def cover, hold transfer for DGW. Evans might only miss one game, two max.

      Not really, Bale and Ade are the ones to have. Then if you fancy a third Spurs player, BAE is a good option along with Walker and VDV (if fit)

      BAE is a lad, who was in my team 4 year ago when I was rookies and actually was doing well, until he got a red card in 58th min without conceding. Than his team conceded 3 or 4 goals and he got me a huge minus for my team. I've learned the hard way that the defenders are penalized for goals conceded after red even if they don't play.

        this happened to me with JEvans in the derby. Worse I picked him over Anton who delivered an 8 point haul (Evans got -5) Thankfully captain VdV and his 30 points saved the day

    have vermaelen, jones(?), evans(?), naylor(?), wilkinson(?)

    If thought gallas would get enough gametime would do evans to gallas, but not sure.

    wilkinson to shotton? surely another risk, need a nailed on def so don't play 10 again?

    My team is:

    Westwood / Hennessey
    Hibbert / Jones / Enrique / BAE / Evans
    VDV / Bale / Nani / Drenthe / Etherington
    RVP / Sturridge / Ba

    I'm going to use my FT to take Ba out. But not sure who to take in? I have three TOT players so it can't be Ade. ATM I think that Morrison is the best option (FUL, qpr, wba, CHE, WC time), or maybe even Saha (wba, BOL AND tot, avl, BLA, WC time). Who do you think is the best forward for me until gw23?

    Was trying to work out which of the Man Utd's 9 defenders profited from the 5-0 thrashing of Wigan. Turns out Evra got 9pts and Ezekiel Fryers (wtf!) got 1pt. Only could this have happened in this GW... which, apart for Bale being a legend, has been well and truly bizarre.
