Gameweek 32 concludes at Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace – with victories in four of their last five Premier League matches – look to maintain their recent revival against London rivals Arsenal.

Sam Allardyce’s’ Eagles have kept clean sheets in their last two home outings but a shut-out looks unlikely this evening: they face an Arsenal side who have scored in each of their previous twenty matches in the Premier League, with key Fantasy asset Alexis Sanchez a big factor in that statistic.

The Chilean has notched 12 goals and supplied five assists on the road this season – more than any other player – and is backed by 309,000+ or 7% with the captaincy this evening.

He’s supported by an in-form Theo Walcott, with the FPL midfielder boasting goals in back-to-back Gameweeks as he bids to provide us with a cheaper alternative to Sanchez. Impressively, Walcott has scored 18 goals from his last 23 starts in all competitions.

Anyone know if Fabio likely to get back in the Boro team, after his concussion episode? Fancy a Boro def for GW34 but can't quite afford Gibson. Seems to be a choice between Barragan or Fabio.

Valdes? Seems to be the safest choice if you can't afford Gibson.

Yeah it would be, but it's part of a Kane plan - which means I have to remove B. Davies, so a Boro def would be nice.

Friend plays LB, Barragan plays RB (but he's an awful player). Fabio can play either, has played RB and LB both all his career. Boro fans prefer Fabio and Friend as their first choice fullbacks when all are fit.

Gibson most nailed, Fabio next I'd say.

Concussions should not be underestimated as an injury.
Just a word of warning to Fabio buyers, the main striker for my local team suffered a serious one, was out for months.
Not been the same player since either.

Finally broke into the top 100k. Had Benteke and Sanchez last night. Thought I'd make up some ground on the ML leader's 26pt lead.

He had Sakho. Now 28pts behind. Yuck!!

Bottomed, would love some feeback on this though!

    The bid sofa brigade!
    Non-Kane + Non-Luakau owners unite?
...and are we crazy not to bring one of them in to captain this GW?
To do this I would need to get rid of either Ibra, Sanchez or Hazard and I'm reluctant.
Ibra DWG34, so would be very silly to get rid imo!
Hazard in form and very attractive DGW and end of season fixtures likely.
After last night Sanchez is close to the door but away to Boro and a slight chance that he plays up top could mean a big haul? He also has two DGWs!

The thing with sanchez for me is that he will probably go now and maybe be back for 1st dgw(if he plays upfront). If he doesn't , then I am fine to go without him for the dgw

      1. jia you

        8 years, 9 months ago

I know but I'm reluctant to rip my team apart taking him out and back in. One of Kane/Luakau almost looks essential on paper this week with those fixtures!
But think I'll save my FT and give Alli the armband and pray! It's a bit of a headwrecking decision at the moment as I could do something like Deeney + Sanchez to Kane + Sane 😉

    2. Pierce34
      • 10 Years

On Sanchez - I'm happy to go without, I've just sold him. Can't be waiting forever for Arsenal to stop imploding and for Wenger to put him back up front. If he rediscovers form, I've got my WC to bring him back for the DGWs.

On Kane - I'm not in a hurry to bring in for the same reason - i.e. he hasn't showed me anything yet. He's only played 30 minutes vs. Watford, I'll get him only afterl he shows he's 100% fit and firing.

On Lukaku - I have him and I'm happy to have him. If I didn't have him, I would buy if I had a WC, but not if I didn't.

Man City will have a DGW in GW37. Valencia had a little injury it seems, will be back this week. Walker just looks like he's getting rotated, Trippier has been fantastic and got the MOTM deservedly vs Watford so he could keep Walker out.

Wondering whether I should save or make a transfer somewhere this GW.
    Have a couple of issues..

Possibly Gabby in for Origi (think he will be dropped)?
Or move out Sanchez/De Roon now..

    Pickford.
    Bailly, Davies, Holgate.
    Alli(vc), Sanchez, Hazard, Zaha.
    Kane(c), Aguero, Origi.

    Valdes, Yoshida, Gibson, De Roon.

    0.5m. 1ft.

Probably talked about alot recently but is the borro game last chance for sanchez?

All the big forwards are finding form and having a Frontline of ibra lukaku kane/aguero/costa is looking nicer than an arsenal asset right now even with their doubles.

Or just keep because they have 2 dgws and it's sanchez?

    1. Sweetboi

Crystal Palace was Sanchez's last chance, he's too expensive to be firing blank after blank. If he shows form again, I'll wildcard him in for his DGWs.

    Need some advice lads,

    Heaton
    Valencia - Davies - Pieters
    Firmino - Eriksen - Siggy - King
    Ibra - Aguero - Lukaku

    Foster; Snodgrass, Brunt, Robertson
    0.2ITB + 1FT

Risky to go without Kane, so could go Aguero > Kane, but would also like to get rid of Snodgrass for Zaha and bench King away to Spurs. Tempted to forego Kane as Aguero could potentially match him and funds are not a real issue for me right now. Thoughts?

Ok I agree with Holmes below. Don't like the Ibra move but many will.

I'd be happier with minus 8 total over two weeks than minus 16.

            May forget Ibra.

This is hurting my brain please help.
Am I being too sentimental even considering not losing Sanchez with the B and C options?

    A. Sanchez and Origi to
    Zaha and Kane
    B. Siggy / Sane to Eriksen
    And Alonso to Mid defender
    C. Siggy / Sane to Eriksen
And Origi to fodder (352) have a decent front 8 right now.

A does look better to be honest. I'd rather have Kane over eriksen

Yeah takes away a bench headache. I am not losing any value on Sanchez if he plays up front agin I can get back on WC. It makes sense thanks.

Big Sam says they need to win 1-2 more games to secure safety. That means defence not really a priority for dgw if they win Lei this weekend?

    I have Siggy and Llorente.
    (1) Siggy to Zaha
    (2) Both to Zaha + Benteke (-4)
    (3) Play Siggy and bench Llorente for King
    (4) Play both and bench King
    Thanks!

If you want Zaha for the DGW, then go for 1). I'm still not sure and so am holding off.

Who is the 3rd team to get relegated assuming Sunderland and Middlesbrough do?

    Swansea 8/13 or Hull 6/4?

The rest are 25/1 or more.

Swansea seems to struggle while away

      It's 50/50 between them

I think it'll be between WHM and Swansea... Hull should be fine.

Silva has shown that he is a quality manager, way better than Hull's level.
      He keeps them up imo.

    M tired of Sanchez blanking.
Is it worth either of the below
    1. Sanchez > Hazard
    2. Sanchez > Ozil
    3. Sanchez > Son (already have Alli)
    For -4?
    Heaton/Jaku
    Alonso/Bavies/Fuchs/Olsson/Ranocchia
    Sanchez/Alli/Coutinho/Zaha/Lanzini
    Vardy/Lukaku/Llorente

Sanchez + Origi --> Zaha + Kane for -4pts, Yay or Nay?

That would give me a front line of Lukaku Kane and Kun.

I have Kane and Origi and happy. I don't think I would make that move for a hit

That exactly my -4 for this week.
Is Townsend worth consideration as a diff rather that Zaha?

Not convinced about the team . What changes to make ? 1 FT , 1.1 ITB

    Grant
    Walker Valencia Mawson
    Alli (c) Eriksen Walcott Siggy
    Aguero Lukaku Origi
    Pickford King Robertson Amat

Sorry to bug you folks again but I've finally decided on no transfer or 1 defensive transfer this week. With that in mind, which one of the following attackers would you bench:

    A) Ayew (sun)
    B) Carroll (sun)
    C) Siggy (wat)
    D) Defoe (WHM)

    1. Moosie the Staggie

      A probably but it's a total guess.
Maybe a member can give you a bit more insight.

Defoe has blanked 7 in a row that's my reasoning.

Yeah, agreed, but this has to be it with Victor back. If he can't get through West Ham and their horrible defense, he'll never score.
