After Fraser Forster’s penalty stop helped Southampton secure a goalless draw at Anfield earlier this afternoon, we now turn our attentions to the Emirates as Arsenal entertain Man United in a 4.00pm kick-off.

All eyes are on Alexis Sanchez in the first match of the Gunners’ Double Gameweek 36.

Snapped up by over 152,00 FPL managers prior to Friday’s deadline, the Chilean is the most captained player for the Gameweek, with 11.2% of FPL managers handing him the armband.

Yet while Sanchez has mustered just one goal in his previous six appearances, Mesut Ozil approaches the Double as the Gunners’ form player, with two goals and a pair of assists over the same period.

Meanwhile, the likes of Nacho Monreal, Petr Cech and Laurent Koscielny were subject to heavy investment last week, with all earning over 45,000 transfers in for Arsenal’s pair of fixtures.

But Gabriel’s 51,000+ new owners are left frustrated – he drops to the bench after a run of five successive Gameweek starts.

For United, Jose Mourinho’s teamsheet clearly has one eye on Thursday’s Europa League clash against Celta Vigo.

The likes of Antonio Valencia, Eric Bailly and Marcus Rashford are all amongst the Red Devils’ subs, boosting the home side’s prospects of FPL points at both ends of the pitch.

What's the difference in cash per club based on finishing position in PL?

Wasn't meant to be mean. Just one of those questions that needs googling. Don't think anyone here could answer it without having a look first.

Apologies John. There's data from two seasons ago. Just trying to figure if there's any motivation for those safe from 8th to 15th. Assuming merit means finishing position it's 1m+ so definitely enough for a good squad night out 😉

So I've managed to bench more points in the last 3 weeks than the in the previous 16 before that combined, doesn't feel great

      I feel your pain.

I had 26pts on the bench 2 weeks ago, 23 last week. So far 18 points this week with more to come

if you have bench points it means you have got 11 starters which is a big part of the game. plus you have a playing bench which is also good. you have just got the selections wrong which is the least of the mistakes

So now i find myself not sure what transfers to do.

Got 2 ft and 0.6m itb.

    Courtois Caballero

    Stephens Yoshida Alonso BAILLY BLIND

Ozil Sanchez De Bruyne Hazard WALCOTT

    RASHFORD Jesus Gabbiadini

Playing BB but not sure who to get rid of from Walcott and the 3 Man Utd players due to limited game time and who to bring in.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

Can't believe koeman, only moved to Everton recently and he keeps saying to the media how he would love to manage Barca. Pathetic if I was the Everton board I would tell him to fck off hardly committed is he and I'm sure that fills the players with confidence. And lol, he thinks he is good enough to manage barca small ego much
