    Horrific week. 26 with ade (c) and bale left. Ive written off gallas jags osman and drenthe already.

    Small consolation is that bonuses were very mixed this month so nobody did well in my ML unless they captained bale.

    I'm now 200 behind my ML leader who broke into the top 1000. His scoring has been so consistent.

          And Santon was superb against United and was supposed to be an instant starter when he came to newcastle if not for his knee injury

          and Bent can't stay not scoring (no logic I know) and his fixtures arent too bad

          I tend to think he's money can be spent better upgrading other players... Also, really bad experience with Milner on my squad last yr probably has a little to do with it too 😉

      If it was any other team I wouldn't like it, but if you're wanting to take risks to attempt to claw back over 200 points, it looks pretty decent for the types of players that could possibly do it for you. I actually really like your front 3 in terms of having a punt. You could possibly do better than Milner though.

          understand your plight, so fair enough. Maybe the Yak instead of Odemwingie, and perhaps punt on Cahill as a (possible/probable) Chelsea differential to Cole?

      Why don'y you take a punt on some stirkers that are scoring though, like Morrison, Fletcher?. Don't have much ownership and nailed on

        Or maybe a mixture of these ^^^ types of players with the ones you've chosen. While Morrison Fletcher et all are all scoring, they are unlikely to explode, whereas we know that someone like Torres is definitely capable of it.A cheeky captaincy of Torres could work wonders. I can't believe I'm saying this. 😀

          I think I'm 100% on Torres. He played well against Wolves and is guaranteed game time. Just think I've missed the boat on Morrison and Fletcher. Cant argue with the Yak but again I'm looking at differentials.

            btw, when you say you are 200 points behind the leader. Are you like in 2nd/3rd and they are way ahead, or are you doing quite poorly in the league full stop?

    This is my current team for gw21, I have 2 free transfers available and would like to use them both as planning to use WC week after, but apart from getting rid of Drenthe, lost as to what to do.

      Yes I am - I think this is a solid idea. Concerned about City missing a week if they get through to the CC final, though - so would have to plan of shipping at least one of them out if that proves to be the case.

                Don't think so, but Shola is definitely ahead of Cabaye for penos... think I'm right in saying he has scored 10 in 10 he has taken in the PL (all at home).

    why everyone get rid of Adebayor?
    Aguero 11M 120p
    Adebayor 8M 110p (actually Adebayor just played from GW4)

    The fact: from GW4 until now: Adebayor scores more points than Aguero!

    Aguero has better fixtures but their total scores, their difference is not worth 3M?

    Aguero usually subbed early at 60-70 mins, Adebayor is a full 90 mins-man, he sometime got some lucky assist in the last minutes..

    any thought?

    I defy anyone to have a worst few weeks than me for transfers. Get this:

    Week 16

    Transfer - Yaya in for Dempsey and Ba in for Sturridge
    Result - Dempsey nets 14 points and Strurridge 6 points. Yaya and Ba do nothing and net 4
    Points loss - 4 point hit + 16 points = minus 20 points

    Week 18

    Transfer - Evans in for Baines and Nani in for Bale
    Result - Bale nets 16 and Baines gets 9. Nani gets a point and Evans doesn't play
    Points loss - 24 points

    Week 20

    Transfer - Osman in for Yaya
    Result - Yaya gets 13 points and Osman gets 1 point
    Points loss - 12 points

    I know transfers can balance out over the course of the season but normally thats long term. So over the last 3 game weeks I've lost 56 points which would have made me top of my leagues.

    #gutted
