The final Gameweek of the season sees the conclusion of our two Premier League cup competitions. Here we reveal who has made it through the finals as well as the managers competing in the third place play-off matches.

K3lviN took giant killing to new levels to book his seat in our open to all cup final, after seeing off 134 ranked Live Hall of Fame top ten manager My Pretty Pony (aka Peter Kouewenberg). This 80,381 ranked manager’s sensational score of 199 proved too much for Peter’s 180 return in Gameweek 37.

He will meet another Goliath in the final after 740 ranked Sleepysi defeated Choppers13 in his semi-final.

Of the pair K3lviN has the experience of pressure, having finished 2012/13 second in the overall rankings. Sleepysi’s top 10,000 ranking in 2013/14 also means he is no stranger to impressive end of season runs.

In terms of key differentials, Sleepysi has Spurs’ Christian Eriksen, who should start away to Hull City on Sunday after was rested against Leicester City last night. He will also be hoping for an Arsenal clean sheet, at home to Everton, with Petr Cech expected to be fielded by Sleepysi alongside Nacho Monreal, who is owned by both.

For K3lviN he has Southampton’s Nathan Redmond, Leroy Sane of Manchester City and Spurs full-back Ben Davies as his main differentials.

Chelsea’s teamsheet could prove decisive, with Sleepysi stocked up with Eden Hazard, Marcos Alonso and Pedro, while his opponent has Cesar Azpilicueta as well as the Blues’ Belgian schemer.

With two free transfers to play it remains to be seen whether they will make dramatic changes. Philippe Coutinho may be one key target ahead of Liverpool’s home clash with Middlesbrough. The Brazilian could also offer a strong differential armband option.

With a £200 Amazon voucher to the winner and £100 to the runner-up, risks may need to be taken.

There’s a £50 voucher up for grabs for the winner of Choppers13 and My Pretty Pony’s third place play off.

In the Members Cup aspern goes through the final by the closest of margins, with his 2890 rank proving the difference after both he and his 4120 placed semi-final opponent Dynamic scored 175.

He will meet 8122 ranked Malaikat Jahad, who had a far easier semi-final, seeing off Barwood 196-171.

Of the Members Cup’s two finalists, Malaikat is the more seasoned veteran, with two top 10,000 finishes in his previous nine seasons. In contrast, aspern is in his third campaign and has yet to finish in the top 100,000.

Both only have one transfer to play and aspern may be tempted to use it to ditch Southampton’s misfiring striker Manolo Gabbiadini, who netted zero points in double Gameweek 37 after a no-show and missed penalty. Aspern’s key differentials include Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, Eriksen, Bournemouth’s in-form midfielder Josh King and Leicester City’s Marc Albrighton.

For Malaikat he will be hoping his differentials Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas, Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne and Tottenham duo Heung-Min Son, and Dele Alli will be more than a match.

As with our open to all contest, the winner of this final will scoop a £200 Amazon voucher, with £100 going to the runner up.

A £50 voucher is available to the winner of Barwood and Dynamic’s play off.

Good luck to all those involved and if you would like more information on the schedule and prizes click this link.

This is it isn't it - if he plays then it makes sense to keep. His stats over the last few games have been poor from an FPL point of view though. It's a tricky one, the most difficult factor being the uncertainty over minutes.

He had great fixtures during the double as well and failed to produce much. Even if he plays, I can see the points being shared across the team.

He's stung me so many times this season, been in and out of my team and I've never been able to bottle the lightning. I think I agree on the shared points thing and will ship him and JWP for Coutinho & Fabregas.

I'll surely be watching from behind the couch if he starts. I've yet to catch any of his hauls myself so now that I'm getting rid, he's bound to have a field day :/

Yep, arguably the hardest decision for me in this season.

Not sure which move is more sensible for me, as I want to stay in top 10k. If I'm keeping Hazard I would get Fabregas for Sane, or Lovren for Gibbs.

Tricky one that. Wouldn't lose Sané though - his stats are incredible and that Watford defence is an open door.

Keeping. Not many options there, Ozil and Mahrez are exciting pick but if Hazard starts, that would be a waste of transfer

Confession - I used to sit here bewildered when someone said they forgot to make their transfers before deadline. So the pain was quite unbearable when I forgot mine last week (of all the weeks) and also forgot to activate BB
Result : drop from 6K to 45K, Rashford was my captain, no Sanchez, no Jesus
positives - still have a 9 point lead in my cash league, still have BB and 2 FT to go

need help to keep the lead and prevent myself from serious depression

which players need to be moved to ensure any points haul in these spots? in other words - chances of below guys featuring on Sunday?
    De Gea
    Valencia
    Rashford
    Arnautovic
    Alli

    good luck to all

Head to head ML will be decided in the final gameweek!!
Rival and I are tied for points! I could really use some advice now.
Teams are very similar. I only have 1 FT and 0.2 ITB.
AOA available, but not sure if I should play it or not.
Should I get rid of Gabbi and play AOA??
Really need to win final match!

    MY CURRENT TEAM:
    Willy
    Holding Alonso
    Sanchez(C) Fab Alli King Sane
    Kane(V) Gabbi Jesus

    Pickford Yoshi Stephens Bailly

    Only DIFFERENCES for rival:
    Vertonghen instead of Holding
    Hazard instead of Fab
    Anichebe instead of Gabbi

Not many alternatives to Gabbi in that price band. Soton could be on for a clean sheet? I'm not sure whether to play both Yosh and Stephens. I'm a point behind my rival. Does your rival have Coutinho?

What's the consensus? Alli to be rested?

Not sure why he'd be rested

      Highly unlikely imo.

Think all the Spurs boys are determined to go out with a bang rather than a whimper this year, Poch included. Nothing to be rested for in any case, unless he has a knock of some kind.

Think those ditching for Coutinho may live to regret it

Depends if you think that's the most effective transfer to maximize your score this week. If so, then yes

1pt behind ML rival and £300 on the line.

He has Kane, I think he has brought in Coutinho for Hazard.

My team is as follows? Any suggestions?

    Caballero

    Alonso Yoshida Verthongen

    Ozil Sanchez(c) Alli King KDB

    Costa Jesus

    Subs Cech Stephens Anichibie Holgate

    1FT 0.2itb

I want Coutinho in. Question do I take a hit to get Kane too and captain? Or stick with Costa?

I'd get Kane and punt on someone other than Coutinho I think

Any ideas who over Couts? Plus which mid to remove? Alli? Ozil?

ML sewn up so want to try and boost OR with a couple of untimate differentials with 2 FT. Current team is:

    Caballero
    Holding Monreal Yoshida
    Sanchez Hazard Sane Pedro
    Jesus Kane Costa

    Pickford Albrighton Stephens Kone

How does Jesus and Hazard > Aguero (C) and Lallana look?

    Pick one:
    Sterling and Monreal to:

    A. Lovren and Coutinho (-4)
    B. Mawson and Mahrez (-4)
    C. Just Sterling to Sane

I think most people will pick A, right?

If it was me it'd be A
      But I'd get Matip

Matip for Monreal is not worth a -4. He'd want to be guaranteeing a goal on top of the clean for it to be worthwhile

Sterling to Sané. Doubt many would take a hit for a defender with good chance at clean sheet and attacking threat for another defender woth less attacking threat
