The 2016/17 season comes to a close this afternoon, with all 10 Gameweek 38 matches getting underway at 3pm.

We’re spoilt for choice in terms of armband options for the final round of fixtures, with the top three players in this week’s Captain Poll – Alexis Sanchez, Harry Kane and Philippe Coutinho – are serving up their highest hauls of the season in Gameweek 37.

Kane’s four-goal blitz at the King Power takes him two ahead of his nearest challenger Romelu Lukaku for the Golden Boot, while Sanchez welcomes Everton on the back of three successive double-figure tallies.

Throw in champions Chelsea at home to relegated Sunderland (Eden Hazard and Diego Costa both start) and Man City’s trip to a decimated Watford defence and it’s fair to say that goals look very much on Sunday’s agenda.

So sit back and enjoy the frantic next couple of hours’ action – it won’t be until August 12 before domestic action comes back our way again.

        FPL Discovery has net points for top 10k at 85. People always more eager to report when they've had a big win . Human nature, I guess. I myself am looking at 107 all out, but you don't see me mentioning it, do you?

        He is a top player. But I think he is overrated compared to some past defenders. Just he is more recent in the memory. Rio, Sol, Adams, Bruce etc. all right up there IMO.

      Won my ML by 13-15 points in the end nervous times. As long as I finish in top 100k ill be happy with this season. Onwards and upwards, thanks to all thoose who have taken to the time to give me advice, and sorry to thoose who i may have annoyed at various points in the season. All in all its been a pleasure to be a part of this community.

John Terry spotted all the wags on the pitch and then something unusual started to happen to him - his tail started to wag, so he ran up to one wag, licked her and was about to do the business when out of nowhere Wayne Bridge ran up to him and gave him an RKO.           No, you get the player for free....regardless of price. Then you lose him next game week. So for 1 week you will have 5 on the bench.
          So if u cant afford Kane for 1 week against hull, you use that chip to get him in for free.
