Joe Hart has pulled out of training today ahead of Wednesday’s England friendly against France with a suspected back injury. Reports suggest that Hart went down quite soon after the session commenced and team-mates rushed over to discover that the England No 1 was in some serious pain. He was eventually helped from the field and it is still unclear how serious the extent of the injury is, although Fabio Capello doesn’t have any major worries…

“Hart, the doctor is waiting to decide what happened. We think it will not be a big problem for him.”

The Manchester City goalkeeper is the most owned in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game by quite some distance, being used by 30.3% of managers. He is also the highest scoring player in this position with a total of 72 points and has recently notched-up a notable three clean sheets in as many games.

If the injury does prove to be a lengthy one then Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini does of course have the ready-made replacement in the shape of the dependable Shay Given, priced at £5.4million in the FPL.

Do you think that Vidic is worth the extra £2.4m more than Kyrgiakos.

Man Utd hardly keeping many clean sheets and I'm not sure much has changed, even if its WIG & BLA next.

Kyrgiakos isn't rotation proof. If he was, then I'd say you have a v.good point but he could be dropped at anytime.

Considering he came straight back into the team after his recent injury (despite them keeping a cleanie and doing well against Wigan) I'd say hes pretty much 1st choice when fit.

I'm hearing most Liverpool fans are saying he is one of the best players... which the bonus points are backing up.

The only problem I have is, that Johnson played right back when Soto was ill, then when Soto was fit, Johnson was out.

So if they are both fit, will Johnson start, and if so Woy has to pick 2 from Soto, Carra and Skrtel (who got injured today apparently) for centre backs.

I'd agree that, the test was if he came back in after the Chelsea game and he did so he's pretty much nailed on, I don't Woy will mess with his defense much.
