Time to roll out our first post-Gameweek delve into the 2017/18 members’ data and assess some of the stand-out performers over the opening round of matches.

Tottenham’s top scorer misses chances aplenty as the transfers-out pick up pace. Man City’s front two and Liverpool’s summer signing from Roma arrive for analysis, while Chelsea and Palace’s left wing-backs also make the cut thanks to forward-thinking performances.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

If you get vokes, you may need to roate him with a cheap mid, possibly atsu. i've got vokes n have 5.4m to swap for someone who emerges this week. Vokes was ace end of last year.

JRod is solid, yet West Brom don't typically score a lot.

Mournie looks good, but can Huddersfield continue like that?

Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks one to monitor at Everton, 5m is cheap. Siggy is imminent though so will need more assessment.

Anyone else find it out that the perfect player to replace Neymar is a player they previously sold.

He'd fit perfectly into that role and is even itching for more money/to leave and has all the experience to boot.

Just a note to remember: One price fall is not a big deal as it won't affect selling price. One price rise directly affects buying price.

      No comprende.

One price fall does affect selling price surely.

Player was 7.0. Can sell for 7.0.

Player is now 6.9. Can sell for 6.9.

      0.1 less.

One price rise does not affect selling price though.

Player was 7.0. Can sell for 7.0.

Player is now 7.1. Can sell for 7.0.

      From FPL rules:
"The price shown on your transfers page is a player's selling price. This selling price may be less than the player's current purchase price as a sell-on fee of 50% (rounded up to the nearest £0.1m) will be applied on any profits made on that player."

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the 50% thing applied to falls as well, eg if you bought zaha at 7.0 and his market price falls to 6.9 you would sell him at 7.0 (rounded up from 6.95). When his market price falls to 6.8 your selling price drops to 6.9. Am I wrong?

      1. Jairzinho
        • Fantasy Football Scout Member
        • 15 Years
        8 years, 5 months ago

Sorry, but got to correct you.

If he goes down to 6.9, you're selling for 6.9.

Even if he goes down to 6.8, you're selling for 6.8.

You're selling for that player's current value if lower than purchasing price.

          • Fantasy Football Scout Member

And if he goes down to 6.8, then back up to 6.9, I believe you're still selling for 6.8.

FT will be Zaha out for Ramsey most likely

    Begovic (Elliot)
    Kompany Kolasinac Stephens Bertrand (Rosenior)
    KDB Zaha** Pogba Fabregas* Carroll
    Kane Lukaku (McBurnie)

    A) Zaha out for Ramsey with FT (Play Carroll and leave Fab on bench)

I got 68 points GW1 but have Zaha and Danilo who will lose his spot eventually.

Would you do a -4 to change the two.
Zaha to Mkhi/Pogba and Danilo to 4.5
