The penultimate match of Gameweek 20 gets underway at this evening as Newcastle United welcome league leaders Manchester City to St James’ Park.

Up against a defence with just a single clean sheet in 15 attempts, Pep Guardiola’s side boast three of the top ten captains for this round of fixtures.

Significantly Sergio Aguero – their most backed armband pick (6.2%) – is again chosen to lead the line and makes his fourth successive Premier League start. Gabriel Jesus warms the bench yet again, then.

Kevin De Bruyne (4.2%) and Raheem Sterling (3.1%) are also handed starts, though both have some way to go to match Harry Kane’s 17-point haul at home to Southampton yesterday.

Nonetheless, the pair arrive on Tyneside in fine form. De Bruyne has three goals and two assists in City’s previous six, with three sets of 10+ points hauls during that run.

Meanwhile, Sterling – the top target in midfield for Gameweek 20, with over 173,00 new owners – has served up 34 points in three, courtesy of three goals and a trio of assists.

David Silva’s ongoing personal issues means he misses out for the second time in three matches, however, with Ilkay Gundogan partnering De Bruyne in the centre of the park in his absence. Leroy Sane is also on the timber despite his early withdrawal against Bournemouth last time out – he’s now started just four of the last seven Gameweeks.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Who will start more games in the long term?

    a) Klavan

    b) Robertson

    c) Joe Gomez

Robertson short term with Moreno out. Expect Klavan to lose his place to VVD after next GW once he’s eligible and Gomez will be rotated with TAA at RB. None are overly appealing to me!

I'd get TAA as 5th def and play every week knowing he's never come on as sub

C but he would be rotated with TAA. Klavan & Robertson easily lose his place

    Pope
    Alonso, Otamendi, Christensen, Jones
    Salah (c), Coutinho, Sterling, Lingard
    Firmino (vc), DCL

    (Speroni)(Kane, Kenny, T.Carroll)

I'll keep Coutinho and Lingard because chopping up midfield for small DGW where the 2 mids play each other is a low percentage play

Coutinho and Lingard could outscore Son and Arnie playing 2 games in same GW. Son could play 1 game and Lamela the other.

Is Robertson nailed the next 2?

Is there even anyone who can threaten his place?

So confused for these trio Spurs: Alli, Eriksen, Son. Anyone bring two of them for dgw? Currently on Eriksen+Arnautovic, but Son looks tempting due to goal threat. Who do you pick for Spurs mid?

I'll keep my non DGW players because throwing all in on a small DGW rarely pans out especially with heavy rotation likely

It will pay off 50% of the time. If you can get goals, assists or bonus from them too it's worth a go

Not a fans of double defender in one team, but if you wanna try Azpi+Alonso with the rest only priced 4.0-4.4 that would be a good differential

Anyone looking at van Dijk after the Liverpool vs. City match, gwk 23?

Would give me a fairly solid back 3 of Otamendi, van Dijk, Alonso.

Need some head to head advise.

My rival owns Klavan so feel like I need to cover him. He has only 1 FT and has 3 Spurs players already who won’t play.

    Do I get:

    A) Robertson

    B) Zanka

Please guys help me decide here

    A) Alonso + Vertongen (5 dgwkrs for minus 4)
    B) Christiansen + Adrian and Son (6 dgwkrs for minus 4)

In both options I will have Kane, Ogbonna, Arnie and Alli for free

Need to decide tonight because Alonso will go up in price
    Cheers

big move guys need your help!

    Morata Salah Sane -8
    for
    Aguero Alli Eriksen

the plain is - i dont think Salah will play the next game at Burnley (since he is carrying a knock and they have Man City next so they will need him fresh).

Aguero will be close to essential with Jesus out

Alli Eriksen should do damage during double GW and warrant the hits

    yes or no?
