    Twas was the summer of 95 and I was in love. A delightful little thing named Francis (we met at the opening of Marco Pierre White's spectacular new eatery in Mayfair, our eyes connected over a succulent foie gras medley). Anyway Franny was related to the Earl of Bath, not the most bespoke of titles i know but it was enough to entice this enraptured rhino. 3 kids later and a messy divorce behind us, our paths have crossed once again at this rather bijou boutique hotel in the Algarve. Now I'm not one to namedrop but you'll never guess who else is staying at this venue, my old hollywood pal Hugh Grant. To cut a long story short we have just spent a most agreeable evening sharing a bottle of their most expensive wine (I've had nicer but we made do) until the conversation turned to FPL. Turns out old Hugh has already used his free hit chip and is a bit bitter about it. So he'd like to know if any of you have any advice?
