Rivalries are up and running in the ScoutCast as my old adversary Granville moves 16 points ahead, while Az closes the gap in his chase of Jonty.

Inevitably, Gameweek 31 will likely have a say in these contests, with opinions on that reduced set of fixtures divided in this week’s episode.

Against the backdrop of Ragabolly’s brilliant and extensive research, we investigate the real cost of Gameweek 31 hits and the benefit on offer for Free Hit managers.

Elsewhere it’s the Fantasy Premier League rules that get a grilling thanks to your community questions. We wonder whether the Norwegians have stolen a march with their Fantasy Eliteserien inventions as we assess the merits of the current chips.

Then the controversial bonus decisions of Gameweek 29 spark another appraisal of the Bonus Points System, with Granville taking his turn to be nostalgic as he pines for the mysterious “man in the stand” of yesteryear.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday evening. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

If you’re a traditional type, you can acquire the mp3 audio version via this link on the first player below, or take in the full visual experience via the second player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

For the next two, would you rather have....

    A) Siggy and Schindler
    B) Coleman and and Van La Parra

    (Have Wally)

      B could be Pritchard.

Anyone care to break the tie?

Boys boys boys. What are ur views about the Pritchard lad from Huddesfield?

He or Rajiv Van La Parra. Huddersfield the only team with good fixtures now and in the next GW.

Thinking about replacing Ibe with him.

Assuming they're both fit who's your favourite out of Van La Parra and Pritchard ignoring price?

Pritchard seemed to be the favourite in the last couple of weeks but looking at the stats Van La Parra seems to win out just about.

I can't say I've taken much time to watch Huddersfield this year. Anyone have any insight?

I'm probably doing lingard > Pritchard.

For Sentimentally reasons. He also has a goal every other game at huddersfield. Alright he has only played 2!

He was on loan at Swindon (who I support) a few years ago and was class. Skillful on set pieces, free kicks.

I know nothing about van la parra apart from 4 goals in 63 appearances for Hudd.

      Coin toss I guess.

Pritchard for me Andy. Look at the production of goals or assists vs minutes played. RVLP performed well of late granted, but I don't much expectation that he will maintain a trend of such high goal involvement. I like that Pritchard is so central and gets pushed up pretty high.

    5. Prøfeßör …

Pritchard. Agreed with the poster above, VLP only has better stats because he's played more.

Am I crazy thinking of selling Son for Walcott, need gw31 players and Son played 90mins and his points difference between home and away matches its pretty compelling. Yay or nay?

Highly likely that he wont start. i also have him but already have walcott as well. If he plays though, he can haul.

can he haul away from home? He scored one goal away from home all season, that was in GW15 when Watford were on that slump. What are you doing? Tempted to swap to Pritchard or VLP?

I was looking at Wally, Siggy and Van La Parra. Siggy gets played out of positioned and Walcott has the third most touches in the box recently.

This is my current lineup for this GW, is it worth taking a hit this week to do something like Son -> Pritchard as I'm going to end up taking 1 hit over the next 2 to get 11 out for 31 anyway + very good chance Son (And possibly Ramsey) don't start?

    Pickford
    Dawson - Ogbonna - VVD
