      It is as if you have made no transfers at all in the game week, you will get what ever rises and falls happen during the week (as normal) to your original team.

      You are not actually removing them, think of it as a borrowing a brand new team for a week without affecting your original team, then you get your original team back the week after

So I crazily played my wildcard this week - yes I know I should have waited, but with five flagged players in my team I just pulled the trigger. I'm about 100 points behind 1st in our ML but only 20 from second. Probably should have pulled the FH but hey can't go back now, so time to make the most of it.

So, my conundrum is - how many GW31 players do I roll with and not screw up moving forward (currently 6 players):

My current team looks like so with reasoning:

Lossl / Hennessey (Lossl/Hennessey for cheap playing GKs)

Otamendi (Retaining in team, great run after GW34 + DGW)
Azpi (Retaining for now great run except TOT/LIV both at home + DGW)
Mustafi (Arsenal punt - one "tough" fixture against man utd + DGW)
Lowton (Burnley coming back good? Cheap and decent run other than ars/CHE +DGW)
Mariappa (Cheap fodder, playing GW31)

Salah (Retaining in team)
Son (Retaining in team +DGW)
Mahrez (Retaining in team + DGW)
Shaqiri (Retaining in team for GW31 only)
Mane (New addition and will hold for now)

Aubameyang (Arsenal punt, on short term form, Kane slot replacement + DGW)
Mounie (New addition)
Firmino (Retaining in team)

Triple Liverpool may drop one in the coming weeks if I need a slot for the DGW coming up. I'm punting on Aubameyang that possibly some might go Lukaku instead for Kane's slot. Lack of City is concerning, though I would like to see SIlva in there and boot Shaqiri and stick with my 3-5-2 formation.

Any thoughts?

  When I wildcard I will be sellong otamendi. Take the profit and get a cheaper defender to spread funds further.
  You only need one playing keeper this week. Get a double gameweek keeper now to save the transfer in the next few weeks. You will only have 3FTs before the dgw.
  Other than that, I think it's looking pretty good.

    Yeah City do have some "tougher games coming up" as well. But downgrading would definitely make doing Shaq > Silva a lot easier and I might be able to keep Mounie as a backup striker in a 3-5-2 as I was doing before.
    
    I think might keep Hessessey and grab a DGW GK for around 4.5/4.6. The only other cheap GK is Adrian that will have a DGW and West Ham are trash.

        I would try and stretch to dab for the extra 0.2 - he has DGW fixtures of (EVE, SOU) compared to Ryan’s (pal, mci). fab could easily get 15 points in the DGW

    WC 32 most probably.
    Don't have a slot for bringing in any mid. Sterling and gross are the other two mid, and I have a lot of value tied up in them. Also I would want them in my WC team . So selling them now and buying them again paying more bucks after only 1 gw doesn't make sense to me.

As I don’t like those United mids, I’m leaning towards A), but want to hear your opinions as well.
The plan is to ditch Walcott and Kane @GW32. It’ll be for a hit but I think it could be justified.

Anyone somewhat concerned about going in with no palace, or is that a risk worth taking?

I can always do PVA over Baines, or Tekkers over Mounie, or Zaha over Stan - but none of them look great on a match up. Would rather have one for sanity though.

i m playing 3 4 3 and will use wc in gw 32. the best 3 options as far I have looked for a cheap 5th mid that I would only use in dgw are

A A king (more attacking potential ? )
B McTominay (potentially 2x3 pts as cs)
C Romeu (least favourite option)
D someone else below 4.5

which is the best option ? hardly exciting stuff I know but every point is important at this stage 🙂

    Because Lukaku may have 2 more games than Firmino for those that FH in 35 ?
    
    I am not WCing, but if I was WCing I would hold and use my FT in 34 to bring in Lukaku for Firmino, bring back Firmino in FH 35 and then run with Lukaku from 36 onwards

        I think Lukaku ownership will kick in though ... but for a one week punt in 34 can’t see any reason for not getting 2 games instead of 1 game ... unless of course Lukaku is rested 4 days before an FA Cup semi final 😉
        
        I will WC in 36 and probably keep Firmino and get Auba next week
