Hats and scarves on folks, we’ve one last roll of the dice in gameweek fourteen as Sunderland play host to Everton this evening.

This morning’s paper reports proved to be correct as Asamoah Gyan sits out with leg injury allowing Darren Bent to return to the team. Anton Ferdinand comes in for Sunderland’s rock – no joke – Titus Bramble, presumably having picked up a knock too. Everton are unchanged. Full teams follow…

Sunderland XI: Gordon; Onuoha, Turner, Ferdinand, Bardsley; Richardson, Henderson, Cattermole, Zenden; Bent, Welbeck

Everton XI: Howard; Neville, Jagielka, Distin, Baines; Coleman, Arteta, Heitinga, Pienaar; Cahill; Saha

    Re earlier posts about not getting Cahill because of Asian Cup, don't forget it's not until Jan, by which time we will have another wildcard. 🙂

    Do any of the resident Blackburn fans (or anyone else for that matter) know for sure who is on their pens?

    I'm thinking Dunn when fit, Pedersen the other 99% of the time.

          You're welcome. Don't forget you need to get into the opponents penalty box to get one though. We went a whole without a single pen a few years back! 😉

            I remember that now you say it, quite an achievement!

            It's not all bad though, I remember watching in horror at Ewood as John Utaka blazed over from the spot. Pens are not always all they're cracked up to be!

        No reason to rest him, unless they don't care about qualifying.

      For those playing the Oz Sportal EPL.

      Terrible week for me 🙁
      Highest scorers were PDM, Dick Fran Dyke & liinuliini
      Overall ranks are PDM 15th overall (congrats mate), DFD 102nd, olive 113th & myself 132nd after being 60 odd last week.
      Biggest riser was Bale up 2.5 million. Biggest faller was Nolan dropping 1.8 million.

            P.S.: It would be a 4 pt. hit,though:Malouda->Bale,Bougherra->F.Coentrao,Kolo->Rafael.
