The Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season might be drawing to a close, but arguably the most important Gameweek still remains on the docket.

With 16 fixtures – more than any other Gameweek this season – scheduled across six days of football, Double Gameweek 37 promises managers their best opportunity to climb the rankings.

Moreover, with five of the league’s top six sides in possession of two fixtures, a wide range of premium options find themselves vying for our attention.

Doubling the importance of this Gameweek is the high number of managers who retain one of the game’s two highest-yield chips for use across these fixtures.

Those who have resisted the urge to spend either the Triple Captain or Bench Boost chip before this weekend will find themselves spoiled for choice, with a plethora of captaincy picks and budget bench options at their disposal.

With this in mind, this week’s second article for members will be using our expected goals and goals conceded data to break down the fixtures of this upcoming Gameweek to identify sides – and players – who look best placed to prosper.

      I'd do it. Don't see either playing 180 mins this DGW, but think Silva has the higher ceiling.

    Is Rashford a good alternative to Aubameyang (don't have either, bringing one in), if it allows you to bring in Hazard/KDB for Willian?

    And if yes, which one:

    A. Hazard
    B. KDB
    C. David Silva

          I’m looking at moves but conscious of 38 fixtures

    I haven't had a single Arsenal player in my fantasy team all season. Burnley would have caused Athletico Madrid more problems. Get Dyche in

    DDG
    Azpi, Mawson, Chilwell
    Salah, Eriksen, Son, Mili
    Kane (TC), Jesus, Barnes

    This plan any good?
    gw37: Salah > Sterling (-4)
    gw38: Sterling, Son > Salah, Arnie (-4)

    My team:

    DDG
    Vertonghen-Sanchez-Morgan-Christensen
    Pogba-Gross-Willian-Mahrez
    Kane-Lukaku

    Subs: Ryan-Ibe-Barnes-Lowton

    Which transfers are better?

    A) Gross & Lukaku --->Silva & Jesus
    B) Lukaku & Barnes ---> Jesus & Rashford
    C) Gross & Lukaku ---> Arnie & Auba

      Godin the key man for them IMO. Would like to see him roughed up a bit by the opposition and also by putting a player on him who man marks him out of the game when you are attacking. Sounds weird to have an attacking player man mark a defender, but he is so key to them that taking his concentration off the game may work.

    Sad to see Wenger go out like this.

    One of his biggest strengths turned out to be a weakness. His loyalty.

    A fantastic career nonetheless.

      Mustafi, Xhaka, Welbeck were three of his recent purchases. They have not improved the first XI one bit. That is the issue with Wenger. As I have said before: 7 years ahead of the curve, 7 years on the curve and 7 years and counting behind the curve.

      For a man in his late 60's he didn't win many league titles. He got the Arsenal gig coz his name sounded and spelt almost the same. Surprise appointment at the time.

    J Pereira (no game) -> DDG
    Pickford (vs SOU) -> Lloris
    VVD (vs CHE) -> Cedric
    Dawson (vs TOT) -> Naughton
    McArthur (vs STO) -> Tadic
    Firmino (vs CHE) -> Jayew

    -16 pts

    Don't think any of those look mental, do they?

      I take it this is a BB, given 2 expensive keepers?

      I'm a big fan of going for DGW players over SGW due to the upside and it's more fun... but a -16 hit? I'd be very surprised if the players you are bringing in outscore the existing players (+16 points).

    Arsenal needs some manager that wont treat players as friends
    Ozil doesnt deserve to play in first 11..even in awful team like this
    Especialy in games like this,he is useless
    Or even if you start him then you have to be a manager and sub him for someone who at least have energy for game like this

      There was one point where he had a cross pass coming to him and as the Atletico right back challenged it he just backed off. He does things like that constantly, never getting stuck in. Hes a lazy coward.

        he is nice player,great technics
        But no energy,doesnt play defence
        he cant play any game vs top6 in PL,he cant play vs good european teams
        He is useless in such games
        Good for games like vs Stoke/Brighton etc at home when teams are playing 10/11 behind the ball and thats it

      4-2-4. Direct football and let the front four (Ozil, Laca, Auba, Ramsey) show their skills with the other 6 as defensive players. Wenger has neglected defence for too long IMO.
