As Gameweek 27 approaches, 128 fantasy managers are eagerly awaiting news of their third round opponent in the Members Paddy Power Cup II. The waiting is over, as the draw has been made and the 64 fixtures can be viewed right here.

The reigning champ, Kippax Kikkers, has a tricky third assignment against gosh. Although ahead of him in the overall standings, the difference between them is a slender eight points.

Last week’s top-scorer, sandgrounder, may not need to repeat his heroics of round two, as he massively out-ranks his opponent:Garrydoherty84 sits 52,404th in the world, over 44k places behind top 8,000 manager sandgrounder.

The Scout team flag is flying extremely low, as we only have one remaining Contributor left in contention. PureOlivia will be aiming to save some face for us against Hopes Fears Dreams.

I’ll bring you the results of the third round shortly after the Gameweek concludes. Good luck all!

    Bale / Dempsey / Mata / Mclean
    Rooney / Aguero / Ba

    Mignolet / Surman / Evans / Santon

    Pretty sure Sunderland will score so not fussed about playing Santon. Should I swap Evans for one of my pool defenders and if so, how to choose which to bench?

    Is Bale worth benching or do we think he will either start the game or have no input at all?

    Who should replace Bale if I bench him Surman or a defender?

    Any help appriciated.

    A week planned with a save transfer move is always more boring...

    Anyways moving onwards, with 2 free transfers for GW28, what do you think is more important: getting in Man Utd or Liverpool players? Atm I only have Rooney as coverage for either.
    Options are Valencia and Evans for United and Skrtel and Suarez for Liverpool.

    Originally I was going to do Wilkinson and Silva to Valencia and Evans but with Liverpool DGW, not really sure whether to go ahead or get some Liverpool in instead?

    Any advice appreciated, cheers

            Me neither but I'd prefer to get rid of Aguero instead of Silva and have to do something to make the funds to get both Evans and Skrtel in.

            It would only be until GW31 when I could get Ade in for him and they do have good fixtures until then.

      i have no coverage from either team.
      y plan in GW28 is to bring in 3 LIV player for a 4pts. hit (suarez, skrtel, JE)
      then take another 4pts. hit in GW29 for nani and evans in (maybe valencia instead)

      but now i really doubt if i should take a hit for LIV defender, since i will only kep JE for 1 week, and he will be out for evans the next week

      Personally not a fan of Taiwo/QPR defence so I'd get rid of him but if you've got him you probs disagree and like his attacking threat. Only alternative I can see is getting rid of McClean/Sigurdsson for someone with a good fixture (Taarabt, Moses, Cabaye etc).

            The length of a movie is surely not what you use to deem it worthy of watching? You could watch a pish film that last an hour and a half and waste your time or watch A Prophet and come away a better person for the experience.

          Young is a damp squib. I would rather have an injured Tony V. But he is due back really soon so why get rid now.

          Vorm missed last week with a virus but will be back this week.

          Ba won't be running the show anymore with Papiss up top. I saw it as soon as Cisse came on for Best. Cisse will get most of the goals.

            I sort of half agree re. Ba. I want to downgrade him I think, Holt and Yakubu look like great options for much cheaper.

            So I may hold off on the Tony V transfer, and just do:
