Scarred by the resting of City duo Sergio Aguero and David Silva, Gameweek 27 will go down as one of the key periods in the Fantasy season as vice captains kicked in to gift or rob Fantasy managers of spoils. Sunday’s events didn’t fail to add their own twists with red cards, missed penalties and the return to form of Clint Demspey alongside the extraordinary contribution of Pavel Pogrebnyak.

Our members can now pick through all the statistics from the Gameweek and, as always, we’ve picked out some eye-catching numbers to digest. Of course, we’ve also included our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League bonus will go…

      i've kept vorm but not so sure about him anymore... and im not so sure about howard either :P. think about mig, krul, schwarzer, begovic

      i'd make sure you have a way to get bale back in in a couple weeks. drenthe doesn't interest me... i guess he has the dgw but he didn't do anything last dgw... if you are looking to catch a lead maybe try giggs and/or morrison instead of drenthe and mcclean.

      suarez an interesting punt. go for it if you want. other options (for now or for later) are ade, odemwingie, and pog
      could also try ba/cisse or balo

      Cheers for the advice. I think I may go for this team.

      Everton have been performing well against the big teams recently so I am set on Howard for the double.
      Need to take a few risks and it is always interesting have Drenthe in there! Plenty of potential.

      Nani/Young can always be transferred to Silva or Rooney to Aguero in a couple weeks if needed.
      Same with one of my Liverpool defenders to Kompany.

      I'd go Suarez, and play the odds. (You could always get Rooney in after next GW) He's looked lively every time he plays. I'm in your boat on the Sessegnon transfer; I need someone up to 6.8m in midfield as a replacement, but no one really sticks out.

      Has to be done though I'm afraid. Transferred Pog in for him last night (to avoid his rise) and now have a front 3 of RVP, Rooney and Pog. Plus a tasty midfield.

      RVP, Rooney and Aguero is just too much of an expensive strikeforce, especially with a DGW and a huge improvement in Utd's fixtures.

          interesting. Am considering taking him out for Skrtel, but just could as easily do Taiwo ➡ Enrique, but I feel Skrtel is a better option, but I can afford him in for Taiwo without a hit to downgrade elsewhere.

    RVP - Is this the best single season a football player has had in the Premiership? Henry & Ronaldo have both had phenomenal seasons but for me, RVP this season has been the best i've seen.

        That's why i think this has been more impressive, he doesn't have the quality players around him that Henry and Ronaldo had. He's scored against the big teams aswell, Spurs, Utd, Liverpool and soon... City 😉

          No doubt, Im just saying that epic seasons are built up of stunning performances when the team needed three points in title race or last minute winners to get those 3 points and stay ahead of title rivals. To score that many goals with this current team is better than Ronaldo and Henry but it doesnt have that gloss when it wasnt in those title winning situations. Do you get what Im trying to say?
